Good location beside the old town. Room is good and breakfast is ok, but food and drinks run out fast. Pool is good but again the sun loungers are really limited. Not much a view from the room either. We did like the service from the staff and the price is affordable.

This was overall a very nice stay. Situated in a main street of Hoi An, the beaches +/- 3 km distance and central old town 1,2 Km. Staff very friendly, good spacey room, the equipment all good, Tv with movie channels and foreign news. Bathroom good. Nice little pool, good breakfast buffet. Gym very small. Overall a 8+ (I had an extremely good deal, if I consider price quality it was a 10)

Excellent stay for two girls. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was away from the bustling ancient town but it was easy to get a Grab. We also walked back from the old town at night. It was a quiet route most shops closed but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would say the route felt safe but do still be vigilant. The staff spoke good English and there was no difficulty at all trying to communicate. Service was excellent, staff offered to help us to pack breakfast after knowing that we were checking out earlier than breakfast time. When our driver was late, staff was also attentive to look out for our driver by the street and offered to help us call and speak to our driver - all without us asking for help! Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the outdoor seats were fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you’re in the area!

AMAAAZING My 12 year old wanted to write the review 😊: La siesta is an amazing mini resort that has four swimming pools. I loved how I had a choice in what kind of pool to swim in, for example an infinity pool or a shallower one. The juices and drinks are all very refreshing. There was two restaurants, one with western food and another with Vietnamese food. All was delicious. The staff are all super polite and friendly and you receive some refreshing welcome drinks as you are checking in. The hotel looked stunning and is stunning. And even though it is close to a main road all sound is unheard. Me and my family rode some bikes into town which is not that far away. La siesta is so good that we have decided to return after 2 days! I would highly recommend La siesta if you would like a relaxing holiday by the pool side or sitting having a beer. Vi our welcome advisor was amazing as were all the staff in the restaurant and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage.

Since I was going on a family trip, I looked into resorts. Every time I opened my eyes in the morning, I was happy with the scenery outside. The staff were friendly and the breakfast wasn't bad as it had Korean food. However, since taxi drivers are very confused with Vinpearl Resort Danang branch, it would be more accurate to capture the hotel address and send it a photo when requesting a massage shop or pick-and-drop... The drivers dropped me off incorrectly twice, so I spent a lot of time going back and forth. It took... Next time I come with friends or my boyfriend, I think it would be better to stay in Da Nang. It's located a bit further inside Hoi An, so ordering Grab or delivery food costs a lot of money, and there aren't many restaurants nearby... Nevertheless, if I visit Da Nang again with my family, I think I will visit this resort without hesitation :-)

Excellent accommodation option in Hoi An. The only frustration was that the television in room 12 had a problem with the audio and it was not possible to use it late at night to watch the World Cup games, as it was very loud and hissed, making it unpleasant. Aside from that, it was fine. Delicious breakfast, seems to have free van service throughout the day to the city, which is a 15-minute walk away

After carefully considering a dozen options for a wedding venue along the coast between Da Nang and Hoi Anh we chose Palm Garden resort, and were very thankful to have done so. We had established a series of criteria which included a) welcoming outdoor beach-front setting, b) attentive yet modest staff, c) clean and comfortable rooms, and d) an engaging and supportive event manager. Palm garden had all 4, and we were particularly pleased with the overall comfort our guests experienced throughout their stay. Our event manager, Ms. Truc gave us a positive impression when we first met and was very responsive throughout the 4 months of detailed preparations and planning with family members from the US, Europe and Viet Nam all actively involved ! The ceremony itself, as well as the reception, dinner and evening activities ran vey smoothly and the staff were attentive throughout. Overall, a highly recommended venue and event managing team! Thank you!

We're just back from a tour of Vietnam from Hanoi down to Saigon. This was hands down best place we stayed, and Hoi An was the prettiest place we visited. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the staff polite and accommodating and randomly came to chat at breakfast and provide really useful local information and suggestions. I loved starting my day in the semi outdoor breakfast area with the waterfall wall tinkling away beside us. We were delighted to find the hotel had it's own private beach club with a courtesy bus to to take you. It's in a perfect location for walking into the old town and along to the riverside restaurants. Absolutely loved our stay here!

Fabulous staff and an amazing villa with a private pool. Will definitely stay here when we return to Hoi An. Staff arranged a relaxing and wonderful massage on the morning of our departure day. It was so nice to be able to walk around because it was directly connected to Anbang Beach, and the room was in good condition. The breakfast was delicious, and I stayed in the annex building (?), and it was hot and hot because I had to walk to the restaurant during breakfast, but it's a place I want to stay for a long time, good value for money, friendly, and good facilities. There were many European customers, so it was quiet and comfortable. The balcony side is disinfected once in a while, but be careful not to open the door when disinfecting... .. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants such as La Plage and Dolphin Restaurant nearby.

It's such an amazing time that we spent there. The resort was beautiful and well designed with plenty of tropical trees, large swimming pool and quiet atmosphere. It's the very tough time for hospitality industry, but they still kept their atmosphere quite good. The room was well kept and enough for our stay. However, the electric card was kept on whole day, they could save a lots of money by install door card and electric card in one to reduce the electric usage in the guest rooms.
