The hotel service is very good. As soon as we got off the bus, there was a staff member who helped us carry our luggage. While we were waiting to check in at the front desk, the front desk staff also provided us with iced grapefruit tea🍵In the hot summer, we felt very comfortable having a sip of iced grapefruit tea. When entering the room, the staff will directly help us deliver our luggage to the room, so we don't need to do it ourselves during the whole process. There is also a money exchange service in the hotel, and the exchange rate is also good. In addition, the hotel also has a swimming pool. There are very few people in the swimming pool. You can bask in the sun and enjoy the wind in the afternoon. When you swim in the evening, you can have it all to yourself, which is very comfortable. The hygiene in the room is also very good, neat and tidy. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Hoi An Ancient Town from the hotel. The walking route is simple and the whole journey is straight, so the location is also convenient. Overall, everything about the hotel is very good and we are very satisfied.

The hotel itself is new, clean, and has a resort feel, and is comfortable. The room is also comfortable. The breakfast menu changes slightly even for consecutive nights, and the variety is limited, but it was delicious. However, it is appreciated that they take away the plates after you have finished eating, but since you come all year round, you feel rushed and can't relax. They came to take away the plates 4.5 times during the meal! I understand that you want to clear the dishes quickly, but I wish they would do it after you get back. Also, since I stayed consecutive nights, I asked for cleaning, but even though I specified the time, they never came. I told the front desk, so I translated it into Vietnamese several times and told the nearby cleaning staff, and finished just in time, but they didn't clean it properly at all. The bed didn't seem to have had its sheets or covers replaced, it was just made up, and none of the bathrobes were replaced with new ones. One was left dirty and hanging in the closet, and the other one on the bed was just folded. It wasn't replaced with a new one. Also, the liquid that had been dropped on the floor was still there, so it was clear that the floor had not been cleaned at all. (Other hotels usually mop the floors.) I'm staying alone, and I use all the towels for hand washing, etc. They may look new because I hang them out to dry, but they are wet because I use them. However, the cleaning staff didn't replace the towels. I knew it was wet. So I asked them to replace the towels and bathrobe. These are not cleaned properly, so I am very concerned about hygiene. I also rented bicycles several times, but each one was broken in some way. The front desk staff is not very considerate, and they don't change the saddle height unless I ask them. In a 5-star hotel, the staff would usually notice and do it first. Overall, the service is not 5-star level, but it's very cheap for a 5-star hotel, so maybe that's understandable.

It is scheduled to open in December 2023, so everything is new and clean. It is a little far from the old town, but you can get there in about 5 minutes by using the hotel's free rental bicycles. The rooftop hotel has a great view, and I was able to enjoy the spa in the basement at a reasonable price. Luckily, the hotel promotion included a free one-way shuttle to Da Nang. 距離匯安古城有啲遠，但服務態度殷勤友善，房間整潔優美，值得再去。

Everything was great. I was satisfied with the service, the room, and the food. I would like to stay here again when I come to Hoi An. I'm glad I rented a bicycle.
