It may not be that close, but it was within walking distance of Hoi An Old Town, so that was helpful.
Considering the price, I thought it was clean for a dormitory.
It is recommended that you bring your own amenities, but the breakfast was substantial.

Apart from stupid other Western tourists (I am Western, I can afford to be) who were disrespectful of the silence and the rules of decorum in the dormitories, everything was absolutely perfect!!! Very nice hostel, very friendly staff, a great all-you-can-eat breakfast, very clean, etc....in short, don't hesitate to go there!!!!
