The front desk, service and breakfast were excellent. Hotel is clean but the bed was hard as a rock and the room was oddly shaped and extremely small. Pool and hot tub are outside. I think I will try a different hotel next visit. If the bed would have been comfortable I would give it a 4 star rating.

My wife and I had a really nice stay, no problems, no complaints. We relaxed by the pool and in the hot tub. Our room was very clean. We live in Davis County and use the hotel as a nice getaway during Octoberfest at Snowbird. This was our second time staying there, and we will definitely be back.

The hotel is getting remodeled, but Daly cleanings are not happening. The place was disgusting and lacked cleanliness. there was drywall debris all over the hallway throughout the hotel.

The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the excellent breakfast had tons of options for everybody, and the staff was very helpful staff--who needs more?

The Hyatt in Cottonwood was a great experience. The staff were very professional and the rooms were very clean. Also the breakfast was better than most places I've stayed at.

If it works, it works. - Great location if you want to be near cottonwood heights and the canyons and ski areas - good wifi - hot showers - decent gym - free breakfast not a lot else you can ask for. I was here for 4 nights on an award redemption. I think it is the most solid hotel in the area.

Excellent choice of a hotel for business travel. Staff is friendly and proficient. Had so many suggestions on where to eat in the evening. Loved the bedding and full-size high-quality bath products. Hotel does brisk wedding and conference business but never heard noise between rooms in the evening. Breakfast had a lot of choices - vegan, vegetarian, full breakfast, tons of milk choices, including plant-based milk. Pool was lovely in the early morning and evening. Overall, it was a 10!

Had an awful experience due to water issues and couldn't even shower and no hot water plus they were full capacity so I had to go find another hotel.

Nice clean room, well decorated. The staff was also nice and helpful. Super view of the mountains. Overall great experience. Was in walking distance to several restaurants, coffee/doughnut spot. The view from our room was super, you could see the mountains and foothills. We would stay at this property again without a doubt.
