I felt bad for the kind man who tried to help us from the front desk, who was obviously doing his best in a bad situation. It was late December and the heater was broken (seemed like they knew this, because they had an electrical portable heater ready once we asked about it). He plugged it in and then it broke the entire old wiring (we thought it was short circuited but no, the wiring BROKE). We had to move electric appliances around the room and share the 1 and only working outlet between the heater, microwave and fridge taking turns. Also noisy neighbors and thin walls. Everything else was good and I just felt so bad for the guy trying to help us.
