Excellent

Our family had an amazing time at this hotel. It was a beautiful and serene place. The best part about our stay was the service. Everyone was so hospitable, especially Mr. Thanga Pandian Muthusamy. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He arranged a boxed lunch for our kids because our flight was during lunch time. He also made out daughter feel so special with giving her peacock feathers. We are glad we stayed at this hotel!

GGuest UserThough it is located in good place, on my stay, most of the support team are on holiday. Had to depend on Zomoto for food requirements. The interiors look awesome; here and their some patchy peel off spoils the show. Could have added toiletries in the room. They arrange for drop at Airport with their own vehicle; it reduces the worry of finding transport facilities to move out. Breakfast is served with hygiene at dining area in the Hall. Good place to visit on short vacations 😌

GGuest UserThe property was good. But the cleanliness was horrible. They don't clean the bath room and even the flush was not working. Tv was not there in the room. But they claim that while booking. Even we have to ask for the bucket in the bathroom. Hot water also not available.
