12點過去放下行李先辦理入住 告知正常是下午3點才可入住 就先出去逛了一下 下午四點鐘回來依然沒有辦理好 再告知等了四個多小時以後才給安排 分明訂的是1.8的床 被安排到了1.5的 還告知無法更換 已經滿房 不然就衹能加錢升級套房 前台辦理入住 巨慢巨慢巨慢

The hotel staff are very polite and friendly. The room is comfortable. The bar on the 38th floor has a night view. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the last night of our stay. In addition, it would be better if the pillows could be replaced with a harder type. We look forward to improvements next time we stay.
