上一次入住是19年，這次又特意選擇帝都入住。房間很大很乾凈舒服，香港酒店有這麼大的房間很難得了。酒店所有工作人員包括前台、客房服務員、禮賓部和早餐的工作人員都很有禮貌，做事有條理，前台有細心留意房間偏好備註。選擇這裏還有一個原因，就是位置方便，沙田新城市廣場和港鐵直通酒店，下雨也不用外出。早餐的西多士特別好吃，走廊有直飲水機，有冰水和温水自己斟，很滿意的入住體驗

沙田新城市廣場核心地段，位置非常方便；酒店有點舊，或許是地毯問題，由電梯大堂開始到房內也有點點霉味。所住樓層只有一部淨水機，取用時稍稍不便。
