我寫則評價是因為對我在這間酒店的入住經歷感到非常失望和憤怒。當天,我抵達粵海華美灣際酒店辦理入住時,遇到了極其不愉快的情況,讓我感到十分不滿。
在登記入住時,前台的男職員告訴我只能安排兩張單人床的房間。如果我需要雙人大床房,則需額外支付200元的差價。我向他表達了我在網上預訂時已經提出希望能夠安排雙人床的要求,他卻要求我出示預訂憑證以證明我的說法,這讓我感到非常不被信任和不尊重。
我隨後出示了網站上顯示的預訂信息,明確指出我有選擇雙人大床或單人床的權利。我質疑為何網站上會顯示客人可以選擇,而實際上卻不能選擇。此時,另一位女職員告訴我,今天的雙人大床房已經全滿,而我預訂的是隨機房型,並沒有選擇的權利。這一回應讓我感到極度失望。
隨後,我在網上查詢當晚的房間空缺,驚訝地發現雙人大床房有大量空缺,而且價格比我預訂時更便宜。因此,我無法接受男職員所說的需要支付200元差價的說法,更加無法接受該名女職員說大床房間預訂已經爆滿的欺瞞說法。若貴酒店真的沒有其他房型的空缺,我自然不會有任何異議,但兩位職員的行為卻讓我懷疑貴酒店的服務誠信和職員的專業訓練。

I am writing this review because I am extremely disappointed and angry about my experience at this hotel. On the day of my arrival at the Yuehai Huamei Bay International Hotel for check-in, I encountered an extremely unpleasant situation that left me very dissatisfied.
During check-in, the male staff member at the front desk informed me that only a room with two single beds could be arranged. If I needed a double bed, I would have to pay an additional fee of $200. I expressed to him that I had already requested a double bed when making my reservation online, but he asked me to provide proof of my booking to verify my claim, which made me feel very distrusted and disrespected.
I then presented the booking information displayed on the website, clearly indicating that I had the right to choose between a double bed or single beds. I questioned why the website stated that guests could choose, but in reality, they could not. At this point, another female staff member informed me that all the double bed rooms were fully booked for that day and that I had booked a random room type with no choice. This response left me feeling extremely disappointed.
Afterward, I checked online for room availability for that night and was surprised to find that there were plenty of double bed rooms available, and at a price lower than what I had booked. Therefore, I cannot accept the male staff member's claim that I needed to pay a $200 surcharge, nor can I accept the female staff member's misleading statement that the double bed rooms were fully booked. If your hotel truly had no other room types available, I would naturally have no objection, but the behavior of these two staff members has led me to question the integrity of your hotel's service and the professionalism of its staff training.
