Satisfied costumer. The hotel is recommended when someone ask what hotel is the best. The hotel room was clean, furnished and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect because it is near at the mtr stations. :)

The pool is great as well as the sauna and steam bath. Many restaurants, supermarket and everything you need in the same building. The toilet is a bit worn out so it doesn't look that very clean.

I prefer this hotel as service,a silent and cleanness environment for my birthday's vacation place. YOUR staffs Alison and Nelson had given a very satisfied service to me.

The hotel is easy to find because you can see the bldg. w/ Panda logo at the far distance. However, the only disadvantage for me is it's a little bit far from the MTR station and when you walk during the hot weather, it's kind of disturbing feeling, maybe it's just ok during winter time. Anyway,check in is smooth, good thing is that you don't need to deposit, just get directly into your room. Also there is a mall, restaurants, coffee shop, bakeshop at the groundfloor and around the building so you dont need to worry where to eat. Room is clean w/ big and small bed, but found something strange when I walk into the restroom to pee in the middle of the night and suddenly heard strange noise which bothers my sleep. Room rate is reasonable and near the Disneyland or if you want to go day tour in Macau by bus.

I think as a 4 star they need to renovate. They also dont have bidet, the aircon is not that cold, no complimentary bottled water and dont have adapter

We stay 4 nights with complementary upgrade to executive room, room is new and comfort after renovation. Location is between Tsuen Wan & Tai Wo Hau station. You have to walk 12 mins to nearest MTR station. Also there is a long queue to wait for the lift going up to rooms during peak hours. 20mins before check out time, my key was not accessible to room, I have to return to front desk to revalidate the room key, staff didn’t say anything or apologise for those inconvenience caused.

Its a very good hotel overall, there is a shopping mall underneath with all kinds of cuisine, the sanity and hygene is very good overall.very satisfied stay and staff are helpful as well.

One of the curtains had a stench of vomitus. The odour was partly mitigated by the air purifier that is available in every room.

Great location, nice and clean room, the hotel upgrated my room they give me one executive room so it was very confortable, under you can make some shopping have many restaurants in the mall. I recommand to try their cakes it's very good price and wonderful taste

2nd time today. Was here last week too. Just Chillaxin 💞 coming here just for the amenities (bath tub/pool/sauna&steam) but we didnt got to use this time except for the bathtub coz the bed was so comfy and we just stayed and sleep and sleep 😂🤣 then getting up just to eat & walk around and shop a bit. Will come again and again...it's a nice and convinient hotel for us and it's affordable. And even so many eateries around this area is cheaper/affordable, there is something for everyone. ~HK Locals loves going around HK Hotels♡

Very good location hotel. Nearby many shops, easy Transportation facilities and good breakfast.

Stay here 2 night, it convenient to go to MRT. The facilities are perfect. Room has bahtub and all amenities kids. No compliment water.

Location is great with easy access with bus, MTR and many restaurants in the vicinity.
