前台服務員親切有禮，不過走廊燈光有少少暗，房卡好特別，用木製，房間雖然細，但應有盡有，附近有餐室同便利店，所以都唔驚餓親，浴缸有按摩功能，shopping完浸吓浴，簡直一流，酒店位置交通好方便，地鐵同巴士都可以去到。

The hotel was located nearby Jordan station and is at a very convenient location for travelling to multiple tourist spots such as the tram, Victoria Harbour and many more. Room was particularly spacious with all the necessary amenities provided. Customer service was very nice too.

USB コンセントが壊れていて充電かできず、なおかつ100Vコンセントが差せるコンセントも壊れてしました。
また、天井のLEDライトの一つが壊れていて、 点かないなら まだましたけど、チカチカして明るさが変わるのでストレスになりました。
廊下の音も丸聞こえで、今一つでした。

We bought thru Trip.com for hotel including breakfast, but just don’t understand why in hotel system that it was room only till we gave the proof that the booking including breakfast

The hotel is conveniently located, has fewer rooms, is very clean, has a jacuzzi, and the front desk staff is courteous. Check-in and check-out are very fast. I will stay here again next time

The third time I checked in, I called and asked if I could check in at 12 o'clock. He said yes. When I arrived, I said there was no room. I had to wait until 1:30 to get the room. The toilet trash can was not picked up yet, so I had to ask the front desk to arrange for it to be emptied. I wanted to take a shower, but it turned out there was no cold water. The front desk helped me change my room to the 8th floor! It used to be the 5th floor! Very bad experience.
