I accidentally ordered the wrong hotel and the hotel refused to refund the money. I had no choice but to check in. My experience was terrible. 1. Internet: Hotel WIFI, the network speed is extremely slow, the WIFI signal in the hotel room is unstable, and it often needs to be reconnected; you need to log in to connect to the network, and you need to log in frequently; the network needs to be charged, and the number of ports used in each room is limited. 2. Odor: The room is old and musty, the carpet is dirty and old, and there is an odor. The smoke in the room is very heavy, the odor of the sewer overflows, and the room is poorly ventilated. 3. Internal noise: poor sound insulation of the walls, doors and windows, and loud noise of the air conditioner. 4. The air conditioner is too simple to operate, and I don’t know how to use it. The air conditioner is too noisy, which affects sleep. The air conditioner does not cool or heat sometimes, the room air conditioner is not disinfected regularly, and the air outlet of the room air conditioner has an odor. 5. Hot water: Hot water is available at a limited time, the hot water temperature is too low, the hot water temperature is unstable, and the hot water has an odor. 6. TV: The TV is simple to operate, I don’t know how to use it, there is no TV program list, the TV program list is wrong, the TV signal is unstable, the TV picture quality is poor, there are no overseas or domestic channels, and pay TV charges randomly. 7. Sanitary ware: The toilet is old and looks unhygienic, and the bathtub is very dirty. 8. Bathroom environment: The bathroom is not cleaned properly, there is a peculiar smell in the bathroom, the bathroom lighting is too dim, the bathroom anti-slip measures are not in place, and the bathroom is leaking. 9. Guest supplies: Towels and bath towels are too hard, sheets and quilts have a smell, the mattress makes noises, the hair dryer has too little wind, the toothbrush sheds hair, the toothpaste is too poor, the quality of bathing supplies is too poor, and the disposable slippers are too thin. First of all, the sound insulation effect of the hotel room is particularly poor. The noise outside makes it impossible to sleep at night. Secondly, the hotel’s sanitary environment is particularly poor. It is dirty everywhere, the sheets are covered with stains, and there are unknown liquids that cannot be described. It is impossible to sleep at all. Finally, the price of this hotel is particularly high and the service attitude is not good at all. The customer service does not care about the problems of the room. I do not recommend you to stay.
