The landlady is very nice. The whole building was being renovated when we checked in that night. The air conditioner in the room was not cooling and it was very hot. I called the landlady and she brought a new fan to us in the middle of the night to deal with it. She then debugged the air conditioner to make sure it was cool before leaving. The price is very good for this location and it is very convenient for the subway.

Very good location, the owner is very friendly. Just need to make a recognisable sign outside the entrance on the road. Overall everything is excellent. Will stay at the same place after my next visit to Hong Kong again.
