Excellent guest house in the city center, metro across the street, 7/11 nearby, clean, no critters or mold.
You need to be prepared for a shower and toilet in one place. But the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner works, there is a cooler and a refrigerator in the common area.
Remote check-in, we did not see the owner, only corresponded.
The building is also good, there are no problems with the queue for a lie, as in neighboring popular ones. In general, I recommend it for a couple of nights.
