Great
HHaisenThis hostel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and even taught me how to say thank you in French. The hygiene was great too, with a well-designed bathroom that had a separate wet and dry area, plus an excellent heating system.
Its proximity to Metro Lines 6 and 8 is super convenient for visiting attractions, as these are major lines.
But the best part was meeting such a friendly and passionate group of young people here. We shared stories about places we've visited and our future plans, which was incredibly moving. It truly felt like what a hostel should be all about. 🥰
AAnonymous UserThe hostel is conveniently located near Metro Line 2, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and other facilities nearby. However, the surrounding streets felt rather dirty.
The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, but the overall stay was disappointing. During the Paris heatwave, the room’s air conditioning was very weak. My bed was not directly under the airflow, so the cool air was barely noticeable and I could not sleep at all that night.
The dorm had bunk beds, and I was assigned a top bunk. The ladder felt unsafe to climb down, especially at night, and the handrail provided for shorter guests was not sufficient.
The common areas and bathrooms had a strong vinegar-like disinfectant smell, which was unpleasant. The hostel also does not provide any toiletries, towels, or shower products, so make sure to bring everything yourself.
Overall, despite the convenient location and friendly reception staff, it was a one-time experience for me. I would not choose to stay here again, mainly because of the poor sleep quality and uncomfortable facilities.
GGuest UserIt’s located in the 19th district, if you walk from the station Jaures you will pass by a ton of homeless tents and it’s not very safe at night. If you get off at Colonel Fabian is a one minute walk from the station. No towels provided but has toiletries. The room is clean and big. Staff is accommodating and friendl
GGuest UserFunctional but not great. USB sockets didn’t work. Sink was blocked. Lots of noise at night (ok it was Friday). The beds are metal and four-to-a-set up so anytime anyone came in or left it woke everyone up.
GGuest UserThe neighborhood is not the most trustworthy, but the hotel is great for its price. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is perhaps a bit old but adequate. There is coffee in reception and glass bottles to bring water to the room, both regular and sparkling. They store your bags without any problem.

Good
LLucas HOÀNGOverall, the accommodation is quite good. There's an elevator, which is very convenient. It's close to subway line 7, making transportation easy. What I'm not entirely satisfied with is having to go downstairs to boil water and heat food. Every time I need to boil water, I have to go to the bar to ask for help, which is a bit inconvenient because there are no utensils for eating (bowls, chopsticks, spoons, forks...). It would be more convenient if each floor had its own dining area. Each floor shares a bathroom for all rooms. The room is a bit stuffy and has body odor; a fan is needed for ventilation because it's very noisy when the window is open. An exhaust fan would reduce body odor and improve air quality. There's a small bar on the ground floor, convenient for eating and drinking. There are also many restaurants and minibars nearby, which is very convenient.
AAnonymous UserThe location is quite far out, past the 18th and 19th arrondissements. It takes over half an hour by metro to get to the city center, and you can hear the subway at night.
Although the front desk staff were very friendly, the management needs improvement. The beds weren't made with linens, and I had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask for them. This happened not only to me but also to one of my roommates and two other people on the same floor.
The facilities are very limited. In a 4-person room, there was only one outlet by the door and one USB port by the bed, which was incredibly inconvenient. Each floor has one women's and one men's restroom. The women's shower room has three stalls, but on our floor, one was always locked, and another hadn't even been renovated (perhaps under maintenance?), leaving only one functional, which was very inconvenient. There were no hair dryers in the bathrooms, and the front desk didn't lend any out either.
Finally, it was understandable to have a roommate check in at 12 AM, but someone checked in at 5 AM! It was truly not a pleasant stay. I can't remember why I chose this place; I thought the reviews were good. I'll definitely have to research more carefully next time.
DDesmond solo travelThe location is good near to the Eiffel Tower. Near to metro Station. The room was clean and bathroom also clean. But the smell from the drainage leak to the room. And the heater is not working. The room was too cold to sleep. You have to cover your head to keep yourself warm and fall asleep. Suggest to check the heater.

GGuest UserThe website shows one address, when I arrived at this hostel, I was sent to the next one - 3 minutes walk away from the center, in my hostel they charged me an additional 3 euros as a membership fee, since they are a non-profit organization. although this is not indicated on the website. We were allowed to leave our things. A simple breakfast is included - some buns and yogurt, a shower in the room, a toilet on the floor. I was told that Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, but the signal reached me. a large hall, many tables, a kettle and a microwave oven.

NNadya YushkevichI'm a Paris-lover, so any place for living here is good for me.
The pros of this hostel are that every bed has curtains, every room its bathroom, and there is a soap in a bathroom, and location of course. Also, I slept very well here despite the fact I had 3-4 neighbours in this shared room.
The cons:
- the blanket is not in the duvet cover, it's not very hygienic.
- the bed bugs 🫢🥲 not so many, I woked up during the night just once, but there are some visible signals they exist such as small spots, bite marks
-the necessity to validate your electronic key every day.
