"Close to Si Hom Market, there's a lot of food variety at night. The room was good, new, clean, and stylish, definitely good value for money. The location is excellent. Breakfast was served individually. The bathroom was nice, and the AC was cold. Coffee, tea, and drinking water were provided. I'm deducting 1 point because the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out."

"This was my first time traveling to Laos, and I chose this hostel because it was one of the top recommendations on the platform. I also heard great reviews about it from fellow Filipino travelers.
Starting with the cleanliness, out of all the countries I've visited and the hostels I've stayed in, this was the least expected but turned out to be the best. The hostel is incredibly clean, and the price is actually underrated—it deserves to be much higher than the published rate.
Every area of the hostel was spotless, and there's a cozy café on the ground floor where you can relax and enjoy your time. They also have a nice common area on the fourth floor. The hostel is conveniently located in the heart of Vientiane, making it easy to explore the city.
I truly enjoyed my stay here, and I will definitely come back the next time I visit Laos."

"In a great location, super central to a lot of awesome attractions, restaurants and markets. Breakfast was good, options were 4 different types of eggs with some passionfruit on the side. No complimentary coffee, some free water, towels included, shampoo and body wash in shower. Bathrooms were pretty clean and tidy… so nothing to complain about but nothing to write home about either. A good stay in a comfortable room."

Guest UserI had a very good stay at their hostel. Accommodating and very easy going. The staff of both the hostel and the cafe are friendly and warm— always smiling. The location is pretty accessible as well, as it's near the main road. And all that for a very affordable price. Highly recommended. 10/10 would definitely be my go to place if I come back to Vientiane.

EddieNguyenThis is an affordable hostel for a short stay. Most of the guests were Chinese during my stay. The room rate included a simple breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The service was good, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it's a great budget hostel with good value for money, and I have nothing to complain about.
P/s: They also have a cute cat.

Teniel98I stayed at Itel Backpacker Hostel and overall had a great experience. The only downsides were that there was no hair dryer available (or maybe I just forgot to ask), and the air conditioning didn’t work very well. I wake up very early, so I noticed it wasn’t as cold as I hoped. I really hope the property can fix this because I’m genuinely rooting for this hostel.
When I first arrived, I was the only person in the room, which was a little scary at first, but it turned out to be completely fine. One thing I really liked was that there’s food available downstairs, which is very convenient when you’re too tired to go out and eat.
The sheets were clean, everything was well-maintained, and the room had plenty of space. I especially appreciated how easy it was to organize and pack my belongings properly. The receptionists and staff were also very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone reading this review. I just hope the property can improve the air conditioning and consider providing hair dryers for hostel guests. Thank you!

Guest UserA cheap stay, good for our one night only. Room had no natural light and the lights flickered. Bathrooms were fine and mostly tidy, shared with everyone else. No shampoo or body wash in shower and no towel provided. Breakfast was fine, bread and some potatoes with egg. Super central to the night market and close enough to the Mekong. Good stay for the one night only.

docaungVery good location, the price is considered the most friendly. Convenience may be stuck directly as a stacked room. The female room has to open the door, the male room walks past, open the door of the female room again. And the bathroom may not be very comfortable because of the two floors

Safety: Great, great, renovated century-old house in 18 years
Facilities: The bed is very good and very quiet, but it is best to bring your own disposable sheets, the air conditioner will be a bit cold The hotel will provide bath towels, the hair dryer needs to go to the front desk, check in and pay 10🔪 or 20wkip deposit
Shared kitchens can buy food at bigc and make it yourself, and you will be offered a free drink
If the requirements are not high, it is actually very good to live.

We stayed there in Deluxe Twin Room for 4 days.
Great Points
1. Location - near the riverside, not far from night market, in old town
2. Hotel vibe - lobby area traditional mixed with europeon, pool side tranquil although these are in small and tight spaces
3. Lift (+) good for the elders
Need to know before booking
1. Room - small size, very basic (no hair dryer, no freeze), very old room key card and door handle need to repair
2. Cleanliness - neat and tidy room apart from dirts and stains in toilet
3. Breakfast - Usually home made soups, rice or fried rice, boiled and fried eggs, sausage, banana or watermelon, bread, instant coffee, milk
But staff provided scrambled eggs when we asked for.
4. TV (+) but very low quality
5. Kichen - No service apart from breakfast (compensated with many restaurants nearby)
6. Staff not helpful in seeking tourist information (like where to buy Train tickets)

The accommodation is located about 15 minutes walk from the cbs (Zhongyan Bus Terminal), the cleanliness of the accommodation is very good, but it is uncomfortable because there is no water purifier, and there is only one washroom and shower room in 12 rooms with beds.
Breakfast consists of two egg fries, two pieces of bread and vegetables
The hostel boss does not go to work, only the staff work or stay, and the hostel gate opens at 08:00 and closes at 21:00 (anytime you press the bell, the door is open, but it is inconvenient)

Guest UserLocation is fine…. There is a couple of problems that occurred when I was there. 1. To many mosquito in my room. I have the door close and I don’t know how they are into my room. Every day I have to kill at least 20-30 mosquito. I even have the room spray and it doesn’t help at all. 2. I brought a special bun mi and I pay one of the worker there. When I check out the worker confront me and said that I didn’t pay. I just gave him the money and check out. The owner seem nice. I wouldn’t go back.
