Although it's conveniently located near the ferry terminal, the room was very quiet, with no outside noise. It's perfect for a one-2 day stay on Koh Samet. The owner was very welcoming. Access was convenient and secure with a key card. The accommodation is close to a 7-Eleven, motorbike rentals, and restaurants – making it extremely convenient. The bedroom was clean and smelled nice; everything was great except the hairdryer looked a bit old. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely return.
The location is pretty good, close to the pier and restaurants. It's an easy walk to Saikaew Beach. However, the comfort and amenities in the room could be a bit lacking. Overall, considering the price, it's acceptable, especially if you arrive in the late afternoon/evening and just need a place to rest up before exploring elsewhere the next day without renting a motorbike on the first day. The location is just right for that.
