Hotel near Sun Moon Lake Ita Thao Wharf Market Place,Nantou
Inspired by nature, offering poetic hospitality, Sun Moon Lake's new highlight Amid the vibrant waters of Sun Moon Lake, Ida Thao has long been a prime spot for experiencing the vibrant pulse of local culture and nature. Here, you'll find stories of the Thao people, the vibrant atmosphere of the old streets, and the tranquility of water and mountain shadows. Now, the film will soon feature a stunning new landmark: Sun Moon Lake Goldentulip Hotel . Entering Sun Moon Lake Goldentulip Hotel is like entering a new philosophy of travel: tranquility, solitude, and elegant detachment. Here, travelers are invited to slow down, let their minds flow with the lake, and let time unfold slowly between the aroma of a cup of tea and the freshness of a desired meal. The most philosophical and tranquil experience within the hotel is the Michelin Green Star fruit restaurant, "Yangming Spring." Embracing the wisdom of the earth and natural cuisine, it transforms local ingredients into exquisite and pure feasts. It's more than just a culinary journey; it's a spiritual practice with nature. The Sun Moon Lake Goldentulip Hotel skillfully blends lakeside twilight with modern aesthetics. Each guest room, over 10 pings (approximately 333 square meters), offers spacious and comfortable accommodations, each equipped with a private hot spring bath for relaxation and relaxation. As mist rises and night falls, soaking in the hot springs becomes a spiritual dialogue with Sun Moon Lake. The Sun Moon Lake Goldentulip Hotel is more than just a new pride of Thao Tribe; it serves as a bridge between culture and nature, allowing visitors to discover the poetic beauty of life and the freedom of the soul amidst the reflections of the lake. We look forward to welcoming you to experience the unique, affordable, and premium amenities of Sun Moon Lake, making your journey even more perfect!

"The room was spacious and parking was free, with direct elevator access to the lobby. Right outside were all sorts of delicious old street snacks like stone-grilled BBQ, cabbage buns, potato tarts, fried rice, black tea egg rolls, shrimp crackers, pork rolls, grilled skewers, and aiyu jelly with lemon. FamilyMart and 7-Eleven were also nearby. You could buy everything at once and bring it back to the room to eat, all within walking distance. There were also king oyster mushrooms. It was very close to the pier. The Toto washlet toilet and a non-wall-mounted hairdryer with good airflow were nice. The slippers were cute and comfortable. Soaking in the hot spring left my whole body feeling light and all my fatigue gone. The fridge had free drinks, and the shampoo and shower gel were effective and smelled great. Newly opened in 2026, the bed and pillows were very clean and didn't make me itchy. The wooden floor had a very Japanese feel. The Michelin-rated all-vegetarian breakfast was incredibly delicious; you absolutely must try the bamboo shoot congee. It was my first time having two bowls of congee at breakfast! The balcony offered scenic views. We made a last-minute decision for a quick hot spring day trip."

KkhtravelThe hotel's interior decor is stunning, with a strong Japanese feel. The rooms are clean and spacious, featuring a private onsen and yukata. Plus, there are complimentary drinks and snacks. If you check in around 3 PM, you can enjoy a tea ceremony performance with free green tea and snacks. Breakfast offers a wide and delicious selection!

GGuest UserThis stay was in the Pine View room, located in the newer annex. The facilities were new and clean, and the hot spring water quality was excellent. The overall lighting and environment were good. Unfortunately, the shower head was broken. The double bed was made of two single beds pushed together, and the mattresses felt quite old, with a noticeable bump where they joined but a dip in the middle, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. The breakfast offered a decent variety of Chinese and Western options. The staff were friendly and had a good attitude. I'd suggest they pay more attention to the quality control of the bamboo shoots served with the congee; they had a strong rancid smell, as if they'd been sitting for a long time.

Outstanding
GGuest UserExcellent daily healthy breakfast with a wide range of varieties for all in the family to enjoy, and using local fresh ingredients making the start of day something to look forward to! Near food eateries and stores for some local souvenir shopping, convenience stores, and walking distance to train station! We also enjoyed the daily evening complimentary snacks and drinks services including their special tea cocktail. Best of all was their impeccable service. We left our shopping behind after we left the hotel for Taipei, and they kindly arranged for courier to send the items over, wrapped the breakable item nicely with bubble wrap. They also helped us plan for a wonderful and memorable birthday with locally sourced cake and flowers. Everything they did was done with care and love, even for something as simple as making up beds, that they also tucked in the kids' soft toys in cutely. The kids now want to go back to Yilan just for the hotel stay! Definitely the best hotel experience we have had as a family!

JJLun3388Sweetme Hotspring Resort is a fantastic place to unwind and recharge. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Xinbeitou Station and conveniently close to many restaurants. One of the highlights of the stay was the spa experience. Guests can enjoy both the private in-room hot spring and the public spa facilities. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Breakfast was another strong point, with a good selection of food to start the day right. Overall, Sweetme Hotspring Resort delivers a well-rounded experience with great amenities, a prime location, and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back again.

Ffaith-HuangHaving a hot tub right in the room for a private onsen experience was absolutely wonderful! It saved us the trouble of going to an outdoor bathhouse, offering both convenience and privacy – I loved it! A big thank you to the hotel's front desk staff too; they clearly explained the check-in process, and everyone was so friendly and polite. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family, and I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance. Superb! 👍👍

AAnonymous UserThe staff warmly welcomed us, even though we primarily speak Japanese. It was a wonderful stay, allowing us to experience something extraordinary in a comfortable and secure environment. Although there weren't many activities available in Japanese, which meant we couldn't participate, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs and the beautiful scenery. Thank you very much!

GGuest UserThe bathtub in the room was large, and the water was clean and warm, making for a very comfortable soak. The room size was adequate. The hotel's breakfast was just average, mostly boiled vegetables and cold dishes. Meat-eaters might not find it satisfying. The room thoughtfully provided two bottles of water, the bed firmness was just right, and the soundproofing was excellent, leading to a great night's sleep.

FFS73Except for the location amd pillows, everything was good! Location wise - Quite in to the middle seems like no where. They do provide shuttle service to & fro to the nearest Xin Beitou station 9am - 9pm. Pillows were too flat even though they provided us with a total of 4. Stacked it up but was still flat. Im like literally sleeping on nothing. My partner's neck was crying for help. Pillows can be improved. Room was decently clean. Had a good soak with our private in room hot spring water tub. Toilet and shower room were seperated. Water pressure for shower was ok. Can be stronger. Aircon was ok for all sorts of adjustments. No amenities provided unless you wanna purchase from them through the reception counter (we brought our own) Breakfast was decently good spread surprisingly! Staff were friendly and patient. Overall stay 👍🏻!

AAmeri_51The room was huge, the facilities were great, and the staff were friendly. The location was very convenient, within walking distance and very close to the LRT, while the environment was quiet and peaceful. There were also small handicraft activities and a mini theatre available in the basement. I did not have the chance to visit the public hot spring, but the private hot spring included in the room was already more than sufficient. I also loved the AI device for playing music and the smart home control panel for the lights and air-conditioning, which made everything very easy to manage. The room was clean and well maintained, and the overall stay felt very comfortable and relaxing. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay with great facilities and thoughtful in-room features. The view was around 7/10 — not particularly spectacular as I stayed on a lower floor, but still decent as it felt open and unobstructed. I especially loved the hot spring, walk-in wardrobe, and dressing table with the large mirror. It was also very suitable for a solo trip — spacious, peaceful, and easy to enjoy at my own pace. Nonetheless, it is definitely suitable for all types of travellers. (My family actually commented that it was too big for 1 person, but I was more than happy with it.) Suggestion: It would be great to have a smart TV with YouTube or other streaming options, rather than only local channels. Feedback: The smart control system panel also did not seem to sync properly with the AI control, as it did not respond after commands were given.

GGuest UserThis hotel, Yamagata Kaku, boasts an excellent location, very close to the train station, making it super convenient whether you're traveling by public transport or driving. Parking was also a breeze. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making you feel relaxed the moment you step in. The on-site hot spring facilities are top-notch; soaking there was incredibly therapeutic and completely washed away my travel fatigue. The yukata provided was soft and comfortable to wear, showing great attention to detail. A nice bonus was being able to take the slippers home, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and would definitely consider returning to this excellent hotel.
