The room is clean and tidy, and there is a small refrigerator with drinks, coffee bags, tea bags, etc. The toiletries in the room are still eight sets, from shampoo to facial cleanser, which is really great for people who stay in hotels when traveling, and there is free unlimited fruit in the lobby. The surprise is: the service is very good, from the security uncle at the door to the public bathroom auntie in the lobby, they all greeted me with a smile. What impressed me most was the customer service butler Xiao Li, her service was professional and considerate. On the night of my stay, I needed to do laundry, but when I took it down to wash, it happened that other guests were washing it, because it was self-service, I thought I couldn't wait for others to wash it in the laundry room, and it was already late, and I was sleepy again, so I put the clothes there and waited in line. I went back to the room and thought about how I needed these clothes to be washed the next day. When I was distressed, I suddenly remembered that I had added the customer service butler Xiao Li on WeChat, and I sent her a message without thinking, and I didn't consider whether she had fallen asleep in the middle of the night, but she replied to me very quickly. What surprised me was that she not only replied to my message in time, but also helped me put the clothes in the washing machine to wash and dry them in time, and she delivered the clothes to my room on time the next day. I am really grateful to her, otherwise I would have no clothes to wear. When we checked in, she took the initiative to help me deliver my luggage to the room. She could meet all my requests. Knowing that I was with my children, she also sent me a set of children's toiletries and children's slippers. She was a very enthusiastic girl. She also sent me local fruits and goodnight milk in the evening. During the few days of my stay, she was able to help me solve the problems I needed her help in a timely manner. I really felt that she was very dedicated in her service. On the day of departure, she was able to give me a timely feedback on my stay experience during her rest. Isn't this the ultimate service? The location is about a 30 minute walk south of the old city, which means you can pass through different neighbourhoods. There are also plenty of taxis that pass outside the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.

Give five stars. This is the only store that didn't ask for five stars from customers, but I still gave it five stars. Several reasons: 1. The room is as described online, very beautiful and spacious, I like it very much. 2. The sleep is very comfortable. Although it is in the ancient city, it is very quiet when the door is closed. I felt very comfortable for two nights. In fact, the most crowded food bazaar is downstairs. 3. The service is good, helping with luggage, and the facilities in the room are complete. There are also shortcomings, hope to improve. The hot water on the first night was not very good, but it was magically hot on the second night; we checked in during the National Day, but they didn't help us change the sheets on the second day. Let's just consider that there are many people during the National Day and my family likes to be clean and didn't make them dirty.

The hotel is especially suitable for guests who do not drive themselves. It has a superior geographical location, and is separated from the ancient city of Kashgar by a road. The hotel's parking lot is also a gathering place for individual tourists in Kashgar, making travel convenient. The People's Park next to the hotel has buses No. 2 and No. 28 to Kashgar Airport, No. 3, No. 6, No. 20, No. 28 (airport-train station), No. 30, and No. 33 to the railway station, and No. 2, No. 3, No. 6, No. 20, No. 30, and No. 33 to the Xiangfei Garden scenic area. The hotel's front desk staff, room cleaning staff, and hotel security are warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. The guest rooms are clean and safe to use. The rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. Drinks and snacks are given on the first day of stay. The breakfast is quite rich, with many varieties to choose from. Of course, there were some regrets during my stay. First, when I took a shower on the first day, dirt kept coming out of the anti-skid mat (there are photos to prove it), so I had to rinse it myself for nearly 40 minutes before I could continue to take a shower. It seems that the anti-skid mat, which is a filthy object, is a dead corner for hygiene. Second, when I went out the next morning, I clearly remembered to put the plug of the mobile phone charger and the charging cable together on the bedside table. When I came back to charge it at night, there was only the charging cable but no plug. I called the front desk but no one answered. I went to the first floor to ask the front desk staff, and the answer was: our cleaners will definitely not take it. You must have put it somewhere randomly and can't remember it. I don't doubt the character and quality of your hotel's cleaners at all, but when I checked in at noon on the first day, I also noticed that when the cleaners cleaned the guest rooms, whether they had checked out or not, the doors were wide open, which does not rule out other possibilities. Besides, it was used the night before. The plug and the charging cable can only be used together. Who would separate the plug and the charging cable and ask for trouble? A plug is not worth much, and there is no need to charge a hotel for it. When you are out, it does cause a nuisance to affect the charging of your phone. Finally, the front desk staff brought me a plug (which was returned to the front desk staff when I checked out on the morning of the 26th). This staff member was the same staff member who checked me in. I was deeply impressed by her warm, thoughtful and meticulous service when I checked in before. I even paid special attention to her work card at that time, but the charging plug incident discounted my impression of her. Overall, it is still a very good hotel worth recommending.
