Service: Very attentive, with herbal tea, chrysanthemum tea, and nut biscuits as gifts. There is a swimming pool that can be used for free, and swimming caps and swimsuits are required. Special mention to the room service which is fast and fast!
We communicated on the phone before check-in. The front desk knew that we were bringing two children, and thoughtfully suggested the room type and how to make beds.

First of all, thank you. Almighty Huan Xiaopeng and Xiao Hou were super considerate in their service. They upgraded the room type. The best thing is that they gave the children favorite stickers, as well as fruits and yogurt!
Xiao Liang and Xiao Zhong in the restaurant are very considerate in their service. I love the shiny bracelets for the children!
The nice guy at the front desk helped me get hot water after check-out, and the hand cream he gave me was very fragrant!
The hotel environment is very good and the service is attentive. The security guards in the parking lot will take the initiative to help with luggage. The breakfast is rich and delicious!

I had been paying attention for a long time before booking a suite on the 31st. I wanted to prepare for the New Year and was looking forward to the hotel suite. First of all, 1. The hotel room was too hot. The hotel's air conditioning setting for cold air was not very clear at a glance. I called the front desk and asked, and the front desk asked the housekeeping department to come and take a look, but they never came. 2. It is considered a high-end hotel, and the toiletries look like those in ordinary hotel guest houses, which are very cheap. 3. There is no trash can in the bathroom of the suite. It is very inconvenient to throw things away. We did not use the bathtub. If we used the bathtub, the disposable bathtub cover and other garbage would have to be thrown into the toilet.

🔔Service: The service is better than expected. Ask them to print and send me upstairs. And the service staff is very polite and friendly. For example, if I give breakfast coupons to the waiter, he will say thank you. And when I checked out, I directly asked my aunt to come in and clean, and then the aunt kept reminding me to keep my things away, otherwise it would be troublesome to run back when I was in the car.

GGuest UserMy friend highly recommended Renhua's most beautiful homestay. Open the door, and the whole family is very satisfied. The floor-standing bed is really comfortable. Children don’t worry about rolling off when they sleep. The pillows have two textures, both soft and hard. The bathtub in the room is intimately equipped with a disposable cover and roses. The sprinkler is really easy to use, and the water volume is large and dense. It is very soft; the smart toilet also adds points to the hotel; there is also a very intimate clothes dryer; the seasonal welcome fruit and homemade egg roll flower tea are super warm. In particular, the hotel has arranged birthday balloons and ordered a birthday cake. I am very satisfied. I will consider coming here for a little stay in the future.
🚗 Transportation: 15 minutes' drive from Renhua Expressway exit, 3 minutes' drive from Danxia Scenic Area.
🧹Hygienic: clean, ventilated and no odor
🍃Environment: The idyllic wind, the chirping insects on the side of the mountain, is really primitive. The homestay has a full sense of design and affinity, and the layout is casual and warm.
🔔Service: Every little brother and little sister is very enthusiastic and responsive.

GGuest UserWe had a great time, the room was nice, modern and clean. We were greeted politely and one guy even spoke a little English. We can speak a little chinese but this was still nice.
Unfortunately we didn't enjoy the breakfast, most of it was quite cold with a few things that were ok. Also we had to ask another guest to stop smoking in the dining room, something that we feel the staff should have told him.
We did leave a phone and another personal item that they kindly kept and sent to us (another city) that we are really thankful for.
Overall a nice experience. Thank you.

In these details, which are similar to those of other Internet celebrity B&Bs, Butterfly Valley demonstrates the taste of the owner. Chatting with the proprietress, the total investment is almost three times more than that of similar B&Bs, which shows the care.
More importantly, in terms of service, it reflects higher requirements, a few details, the tidiness of the overall courtyard (all the debris is concentrated, and there is almost no debris in other areas), the comfort of the lobby is as comfortable as a living room, and the service of the restaurant ( Follow the instructions such as changing bone plates, pouring tea and other details that ordinary B&B restaurants cannot do).
Finally, the enthusiasm of the landlady and the meticulousness of the service guy are extra points. The three-digit room nights in a single room in a B&B like this are only around 1,000 for the best room type. Indeed, in recent years, I have stayed in B&Bs with the best value for money, not even one of them.
In the long term, Software and Hardware has the potential to become the top B&B in the country.

CCarelLooks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

AAAMMEERRIICCAAEverything was pretty good. Hotel is pretty clean, parking is not easy though, always full. Especially since there was a wedding when we were there. Pool is ok, big and on the roof, which is nice. However, its not very good for kids to have fun, mostly older people swimming laps. Breakfast was ok, the choices for chinese food was better than wester, but they did have some eggs, bacon, and toast, so it was fine. Location is right in downtown, next to pedestrian street and river. If you want to stay downtown its ok.

GGuest UserThe weather was bad, it rained heavily on the way, and we arrived after 3 o'clock. The mountain view room we booked was upgraded to a lake view room for free. It might be due to the weather. The room had just been cleaned, it was wet and felt unclean. The room facilities were a bit old, but the hot spring was very good. The environment in the hotel was comfortable, with mountains and water, full of negative ions. The hot spring was built on the mountain. It felt pretty good to be in the mountains, soaking in the hot spring, and looking at the lake view from a distance. This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel, and the experience is very good👍
