I live in this Zhejiang Yue Hotel on the west road of Shaoxing Ancient City. The south is Datong School, Yueguo Collection Book Building, and Fan Wenlan's former residence. Along the west Xiaohe North, there are Lufu and Wang Yangming's former residences... Three steps and one scene, five steps and one bridge, old house and old view, national treasure place, the tourism value is greatly underestimated.
The hotel is simple and clean, the service is warm, the room is facing the river, and the view is full. Quiet here, it is a quiet place to feel the charm of the ancient city. There is afternoon tea, breakfast variety, and hard work, the bedding is clean and soft. Heated mineral water was also delivered when leaving the store. One thing worth mentioning. We wanted a paper map of Shaoxing tourism, the hotel did not. They managed to get a copy to the tourism department and gave it to us, thank you very much!

Lake view room, you can also see the city light show at night. Breakfast can basically meet the needs. East Lake is the most worth visiting. It’s quite a feeling to travel on the East Lake by rowing boat. Cangqiao Straight Street is very beautiful and has a unique flavor in the evening.

We are planning to spend the New Year in Shaoxing. My husband’s Shaoxing colleague suggested that we choose Didang Lake New District. The city has a modern interface and a good environment.
The old rule is that hotel prices double during the New Year, so I found Pulun, which is more cost-effective. Online reviews say that the hotel has a fatal flaw - there is a karaoke club downstairs, which may have an impact. In this way, the two nights on the first and second day of the new year are less than 1,000 yuan.
The double bed room is relatively spacious and has three separate bathrooms.
The scenery outside the window is good, with high buildings and lake views.
Parking is free on the ground next to the hotel, and the security guard is very polite.
It is very close to various attractions. It is a five-minute walk to the World Trade Center at night. There are many places to eat and it is very convenient.
The breakfast at the hotel is special. There is Shaoxing specialty sauce duck. It is very honest. It is a whole duck chopped open. I nibbled on my favorite parts-the duck neck and duck legs. The sauce is fragrant and salty and salty.
The current small wontons are too big, filling a big bowl. It is recommended to reduce the quantity appropriately.
I was originally worried that the karaoke club downstairs would be noisy at night, but it turned out that we lived on the 11th floor and the club was closed during the New Year, so there was no problem at all.

Lovely hotel located next to most popular old town street, Cangqiao Street. Also back of hotel is the labyrinth of lovely old waterways. It is set back from main street thru a narrow lane that car cannot access. However is a short lane where you can walk in easily. Or you can call up hotel to pick you up in their golf cart infront of Kong Yi Ji Restuarant on Cangqiao Street (only 5mins away).
Breakfast spread is sufficient and delicious.
Love my hotel room which is large with modern gadgets.
I like to thank this hotel's front desk staff (sorry didnt get her name) who helped me in her off duty time at the side of the hot main street trying to solve my prebooked taxi to Ningbo. The didi rid hailing driver somehow went to wrong pickup address and refuse to budge which eventually i have to cancel it. This wonderful young lady used her mobile app to book my ride cos my app just can't work anymore.
A note on the didi linked to Alipay or wechat, very frustrating experience for a foreigner. It will work fine initially then later keep asking for a new credit card input to proceed. Does not work with the new credit card too. Do setup other rid hailing app. besides didi.
My Ningbo taxi driver said to call this taxi phone no. 95128 in china (standard no. used in whole of china) to get a taxi, but i have yet to try it out.

The hotel's location is most suitable for travelers traveling to Shaoxing by car. There is a huge parking lot in the backyard. Except for the tight parking spaces during dinner in the evening, there are plenty of vacancies at other times. Opposite the hotel is the famous Shen Garden, and it is a ten-minute walk to the former residence of Lu Xun or the Baziqiao Old Street. The hotel's front desk and floor attendants were very polite and courteous. The room was fully equipped with free soda and snacks. I felt comfortable and satisfied in every aspect after staying for two days.

AAnonymous UserYunhe Yebo Hotel is a very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and nice. They provide a great service and the amenities are clean and tidy. The shuttle service is also nice even though I didn’t make reservations 24 hours before check in. But they are still able to arrange a shuttle service for me from the train station. The fruit and soup are delicious and suitable for winter. Besides, the variance of choices of breakfast is also one of the best ones that I had in my life. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel. Definitively I will stay again next time when I visit Shaoxing.

GGuest UserThe Oriental Grand hotel is part of a complex which includes 3 theme parks. One indoor mountain park, one indoor water park, and one large outdoor theme park. The parks were fun for our toddler. Call in advance to see which parts of the park are open/closed for the season. The hotel and facilities are designed for kids, so expect lots of them to be around! We stayed for 3 nights during the October Golden Week but the hotel was not overly busy, nor was the theme park.
The breakfast was solid with mostly Chinese options but Western options as well. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the buffet dinner. Other food options in the area are quite limited, and the food in the parks is pretty poor.
We were a 20-40 minute taxi ride away from other major attractions in the city, like Daxianglin and the giant buddha, as well as some of the ancient towns.
The rooms were clean and new, and we had an excellent view of the nightly fireworks show from the main theme park, even from the bathtub! The rooms were quiet at night and the blackout curtains allowed everyone to sleep in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Overall I would recommned this hotel to people seeking quiet and comfort during a theme-park trip.

GGuest UserGot there around CNY eve, so things were a bit on the quiet side. Parking was a bit chaotic at first with cars parked all along the entrance, it was not clear where to park until I went inside and asked. Check in was quick and to my pleasent surprise the checkin agent Gary spoke English very well. He was extemely helpful and and accomodating. He even explained that breakfast would be included because of CNY. The hotel was very clean, room was clean. The hotel is at a very good location, central to many important areas in Shaoxing. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Check out was simple and the overnight parking fee was taken care by the hotel. Overall, the hotel has the quality, look and feel that you would expect from a Holiday Inn brand hotel. Would definitely recommend and will rebook in the future. Many families with kids too. Please note if traveling around CNY, certain restaurants etc may be closed for the holiday.

CChadmanThe hotel seems to cater to a lot of international travelers. They have English and Japanese TV channel. The view from the room is better at night. The staff was nice and polite. One of the servers (Faith Dai) during breakfast was very attentive. She sat us at nice table in the corner and got us each a latte before we went to the breakfast buffet. She even offered get us a portion of fruit to go. Overall, it was pleasant stay at clean hotel in a cute little city.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very good location. Go out from the side door of the lobby on the first floor and walk to Luzhen and Keyan Scenic Area for 5 minutes. The hotel is very big, and every room can see green through the windows. The hotel serves breakfast until 10 o'clock, which is very suitable for vacation. There are many kinds of breakfast and the waiters are all polite. When checking in, the front desk guy patiently arranged a room for us and showed us the room. When we checked out, he thoughtfully gave us a souvenir, slippers and water, which made us feel comfortable on the way back. A piece of fruit is given in the room every day, and two desserts are given in the evening. We stayed there for three nights and nothing was the same. All this reflects that the hotel's software services are excellent. Although the hotel's hardware is not outstanding, the excellent service awareness still makes me happy to recommend this hotel to my friends.

CChrisLocated on the 18th floor so take advantage of the convenience store to the right before you get on the elevator. Beautiful bright rooms, amazingly comfy mattress, nice flooring, big windows that take advantage of the elevation, smart TV, fast wifi and I like that the outlets beside the bed don’t require the key near the door: it’s easy to charge electronics when you’re out. Staff was great. Lots of Hellobikes in front.
As for the negatives, this place badly needs robot butlers as I got sick of fetching my deliveries from the lobby. Only a toothbrush kit and comb for dry amenities. Breakfast was unimpressive but cheap. No coffee at breakfast.
Overall I thought this place offered good value despite its downfalls and I’d recommend it.

After checking in at the entrance ”pub”, I passed the long corridor, passed the tea room and the living room, and walked up to the same spacious second floor. It was the ”up room” of the accommodation. I just opened the door and saw our ”up Qingyun” room door handle with smoke-green cockroaches and wormwood bundles. The cockroaches are beautiful.
The room is full of space, open the curtains is a green, and there are charging ports on both sides of the bed.
Hanging in the eye-catching position of ”Ruihetu” and the theme of the thousand miles of rivers and mountains of the cup, a silver oak-colored melted light side cabinet, put the table lamp on the light like a watermark on the backboard, carefully look at the national charm.
Welcome gift [gift] Shaoxing flower carving yellow wine & peanuts 🥜 peanuts taste very rich, soaked a daffodil on the small coffee table by the window, and ate two bowls of takeaway from the three fresh noodles of the second dock. There are many special noodle restaurants in the hometown of Lu Xun nearby 🍜 that can be delivered to the front desk.
The toiletries in the cabinet are very complete, there are intimate supplies such as cotton swabs, except for the slippers, which are a little uncomfortable ヾ (°∀ °ゞ) too thin.
The breakfast the next morning was very pleasant. It was full of doubles, two drawers of Xiaolongbao, and small potatoes tasted like taro. The soy milk was also very mellow. It was not tired to go shopping.
You can store your luggage before leaving the store, and you will also send a surprise gift. We received a small bottle of yellow wine and a bag of dried plums.

GGuest UserShaoxing old double-storey courtyard house with two entrances. Very artistic. The parent-child room on the second floor is clean. tidy. Bring your own toiletries. There are cute cats to pet in the restaurant, and the eldest sister’s three-course cooking, steamed eggs, and razor clams with scallion oil are delicious. Love it, love it. You want to experience the authentic life of Shaoxing people, with wooden stairs and friendly people.
