The hotel is in a great location. There is a convenience store and coffee shop downstairs, a mutton shop next to it, and it is very close to the subway station, Wanshouzhuang, and Tiezhen shaved ice shop.
Facilities: The room is super large, it feels larger than the marked area, and there is a Xiaomi air purifier and Xiaodu smart control. The air conditioning temperature is strong, there is a sofa and a rotating TV, but the refrigerator is broken. It would be perfect if the refrigerator can be used in summer. The bathroom is also large and the mattress is very comfortable. It is recommended that the room be equipped with a full-length mirror.

The room is very spacious and the hotel has been open for a long time. It can be seen that the furniture materials are still very heavy. The TV is a bit not very good. When I went to the cancer hospital for the check-up, the hotel I booked, I didn’t expect to deliver chicken soup, and made a sick meal and delivered it to the room with a robot. It’s too warm. It’s very close to the Lingbin Road subway station, which is only 5 minutes’ walk away. Eating is also very convenient. There are many delicious restaurants, the rooms are large, spacious, clean, and there are hanging ear coffees. The front desk staff is friendly and presented two breakfasts. I did not expect the breakfast to be so rich and surrounded by large French windows. When I arrived at the Olympic Sports Center, I asked for a few more bottles of mineral water. Auntie sent them quickly and asked me if it was enough. A very pleasant choice.

The location of the hotel was excellent. There are many shopping malls in the vicinity and it is convinence for tourist like us.
The hotel's rooms are clean and service are up to my expectation. Breakfast are good and it is included.
I will definately stay there if I happen to visit Tianjin again.

GGuest UserI really appreciate the very strategic location, it's just few hundred metres away from many famous attractions, such as little Italy. Or if you're looking for halal food, there are many muslim restaurants too. It's also very near to station too, the hotel's room is on 37 to 51 fl, really help with the magnificent views. Staffs are friendly, room's clean, nothing to complain about. I strongly recommend this hotel, as myself would definitely go back here.

GGuest User房間衞生乾淨，有地暖，我們是春節期間大年初六來住的。非常暖和，屋裡邊很舒適。主人王先生的服務特別好，我們到了之後。接我們停好了車，下午辦理的入住，早上的早餐乾淨衞生，吃的也挺舒服。房間還給準備了三炮台。下次準備夏天的時候來這裏，在院子裏坐着，有一棵大樹，在那裡乘涼一定很舒適，這裡邊是鬧中取靜，離院子不遠就離楊柳青的燈會，離楊柳青的春節廟會的飲食一條街也很近，另外旁邊有一個萬和居餐廳，包子及老爆三也很好吃。所以在吉祥院子住着挺方便的，很好。推薦。

LlinkxHad the most wonderful stay at a hotel at Pan Pacific Tianjin in recent years, largely thanks to the warm hospitality of all front desk staff who were warm, welcoming and very helpful.
I had a headache and as a foreigner, could not order painkillers via delivery and Leila from the front desk was really nice to help me out with it. Upon check out, the front desk staff were also all friendly and sweet (I forgot her name). I accidentally left my outerwear behind and the concierge was really helpful to help me retrieve and send it to my friend's hotel for me. It was a solo trip and witnessing such warmth and kindness overseas really made my trip memorable and I would like to thank all the staff! :)
Location is perfect, just across the street from the river, and about a 10-15 minute walk from Tianjin Eye. Room is spacious and clean too. Only small room for improvement is if the ventilation can be better as there was a bit of smoke smell for a non-smoking room. But overall, Pan Pac Tianjin is a hotel I'll return to stay if I ever visit Tianjin again.

VVerusha GovenderThe accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondThe Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit.
This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China.
We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La.
Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La.
We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La.
Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition.
Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there.
However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special.
As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people.
Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business.
For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage.
All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team.
Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager.
This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible.
Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure.
No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La.

*****4454I went to listen to Guo Degang's family reunion on the third day of the Chinese New Year. The rooms in several nearby brand hotels were all booked, so I had to look at the apar**ent. The result was amazing! Two bedrooms, two living rooms, one kitchen and one bathroom, very convenient, and the most important thing is the good location. The People's Stadium is right outside the window. There is no need to worry about traffic jams after the show. There is also a 711 downstairs for midnight snacks

One of the highlights of my experience was the dining options at the hotel. Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. The diverse menu offered something for every palate, and the quality of the food was exceptional.

GGuest UserThe facilities and equipment are old. It’s really cold in winter. The children had a great time playing. The hotel room is very clean inside, but the outside is a bit unbearable. During the Spring Festival, it’s the first long holiday after the opening of the country. Don’t worry about using water. Private soup is not good. Get out of the way, you can only go to the center to go to the public, and the hotel refunded 200, but fortunately, the children had a better time.
