Very helpful, presentable, and courteous staff. The restaurant on the second floor is delicious. Rooms are clean, however require some maintenance - the shower/tub was blocked, the tap leaks, some of the light switches don’t work etc. Expect more of a 3.5-4 star.

I had booked a hotel under Home Inn before, but because I had to catch an early flight, it was too run-down, so I changed to this one. This time I came to play and experienced the blizzard cold wave of Hemu. It was really the only experience in this life. I came back from Hemu to Urumqi and took a day off before returning. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the subway, and very convenient for travel. We checked in at midnight. The two girls at the front desk, Didi and Liu Xin, warmly welcomed our family of seven. They skillfully operated the process so that we could quickly get into the room to rest. The brand under Jinjiang Group is a newly opened hotel, which is very good. There is a supermarket near the hotel, a food festival, and it is 1 km from Hotan Second Street. Because Hotan Second Street has been changed to a pedestrian street, parking is not convenient. The room was very clean and the design was very comfortable. However, this hotel is too old and the facilities are old. The scales in both rooms cannot be used! The hanger with clips hurt the hands of two people, so it is best not to use it!

Arrived at the hotel by plane late at night
The staff had a very good service attitude! The luggage was delivered directly to the hotel. Because it was Father's Day, they also helped to deliver a cake. They also gave us an extra set of toiletries for one more person staying. We were traveling as a family. The staff helped us to connect the rooms, which was much more convenient! Although the staff had to run around many times, they were still very enthusiastic~

The Xinjiang beauty Guli and the handsome guy Xiaocui at the front desk checked in. When I saw that I brought children, I upgraded to a parent-child room for free. I arrived at the hotel yesterday evening I brought a late night snack and a plate full of watermelon as a gift. Because I had to catch a flight early today and the hotel breakfast hadn’t started yet, I also thoughtfully prepared a “breakfast for the road”. It was full of details and made me feel like I was at home. High praise!

DDavidA new hotel with high-tech amenities, like power curtains, voice control remote in the room, customer service robot, etc. Hotel provides free airport transfer and is within walking distance of the high speed rail station (you can see it from hotel and just need to walk towards it). The hotel is also flexible when it comes to late check out, allowing us to use the room till 5pm. They also have a laundry room equipped with excellent washer and dryer machines that are free for guests to use. If there is something to pick on the hotel, the breakfast can be improved, and should start earlier than 8am.

PPuriOverall the check-in process was smooth and efficient including the tedious task of having to show health QR codes, having pictures taken of passport with China residence visa side by side with phone showing health code, then making copies of visa page, passport page, last China entry stamp page, etc etc. In spite of the time this whole process takes the staff knew what they were supposed to do and went about the process as quickly as possible. A small welcome gift was an unexpected surprise. Special word of thanks to Ms.爱森那赫 at the reception (not sure if this is her actual name). She was the only one who spoke English and was guiding her colleagues to check us in smoothly. She also gave us a good recommendation to try local cuisine for dinner at a restaurant which was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only confusing bit is the fact that hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor. Our Didi drivers did not know how to get us there as the drive up to the 3rd floor was through a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel should either post clear instructions on a sign board for taxi/Didi drivers to follow or they should have someone posted at the entrance to guide vehicular traffic up through the parking lot to the lobby for check in. But all in all a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we plan another trip to the city.

1. The young lady at the front desk is enthusiastic, her voice is moderate, her appearance is neat, and she asks for bottled water and souvenirs and gives them generously.
2 Hardware: The executive double bed room is large in area, functionally partitioned, the reception effect is good, and there are plenty of bottled water (8 bottles)
3 software: including breakfast, lunch, dinner, milk and souvenirs
4 room type upgrade: I don’t know if it is exclusive to Ctrip diamond customers or a hotel benefit
Areas for improvement:
1. The voice-activated light is very difficult to use and the overall lighting in the room is dark.
2. The room was too dry. I had difficulty breathing until midnight.
3No airport/station pick-up service
4. The food is too simple. It is far behind Hunan Huaihua Jinlei Youjia Hotel (five stars) and Zhijiang Shanshui Hotel (four stars).

DDevinhahaI came to check in as soon as I got off the plane in the morning and it was very fast like last time. I came earlier and the room was not available yet, but I waited in the lobby for about five minutes and the room was ready. I went in and saw that it was so clean. The speed and efficiency were really good. Needless to say, I stayed at this typical hotel that is a must-stay for business trips last time. I really liked it. The staff were very enthusiastic and gave me snacks and fruit yogurt. I loved it. Next time I come, I will choose their hotel as a bonus. The fruit guy at the front desk is It's really a great hotel to take the initiative to take your luggage.

NNote11thaiIt's Hilton and I hardly found staff who can speak English. I felt like I was cheated. I paid for 2 big twin bedroom and I got one big and one regular roomsize. As i wanted spacious room, I was willing to pay more, but the duty manager at the time that I checked in said the other room seemed small, because it's a different floor plan. So I told them that I'm an interior designer, so I know what is big and small or even the manager could come and inspect the rooms with me. . After that they allow me to change the room. There're varieties of food for breakfast.

GGuest UserI like the simplicity of the room design - it is clean and practical. The staff was very friendly, however they sent up a gift with a robot butler at 22:30 when we were already asleep. It was were confusing and frustrating, because we were anxious to get a good nights sleep before we catch our flight the next day.
