A hotel full of history as it has been the chosen venue for important events in Nara. Many celebrities had stayed in this hotel including Albert Einstein. Tried the rice lager at the tea house which is very good tgough some may find it not strong enough. The vicinity is nice. It is within waljing distance of the famous Nara Park. The room is spacious. Shuttle bus service to Nara station is excellent. Very helpful staff. An enjoyable stay indeed!

Fantastic Hotel with a perfectly convenient location. The only thing is the bad attitude of a female manager at the front desk. We asked for more bottled water, but she refused. Refusing is OK, but she thought we didn't understand Japanese and said some bad words to us. Unfortunately, we are just not fluent in Japanese, but we can totally understand what she was saying. A pathetic woman manager ruined other staff's good service and hard work.

From the perspective of people from Nara Prefecture, I am surprised that there is a hotel of this level in Nara Prefecture and south of Nakawa. I want to applaud. I think it's a passing score for the hotel facilities, services, and staff, not the eyes of the locals. The lobby with the entrance is large and open, so you can relax. I am personally very happy that there is a large communal bath. I thought it was especially good for the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of Japanese and Western styles and a welcome drink at 16:00 〜 18:00. As I moved sweating in the middle of summer, I can drink not only soft drinks but also draft beer and sparkling wine as much as I want, and in addition, there are sweets and snacks. Furthermore, it is too hungry to say that anyone staying for consecutive nights is OK not only when checking in. I would like you to continue to do your best as a tourist base in Nara Prefecture.

Chef Wang Yu Wen not only delivered a gastronomic experience throughout my teppanyaki lunch course, but he also delivered a very personal one-one dining service experience. Kirito did an exceptional service by recommending a great local Nara sake to pair with my lunch course., The second day of Kaiseki was equally delightful and I was extremely surprised to be greeted by the 料理長, Mr Nobukazu Yoshida who honestly provided such an “Omotenashi” experience throughout my time at Azekura. Mr Okubo Ren and Ms Miyamae also delivered great service during my lunch dining on the second day. Overall, the dining experience at Azekura was the highlight of my stay and till now, I couldn’t help but marvel due to the great service that was initiated by Mr Wang Yu Wen. Additionally, I would like to commend the impeccable service I received during the check-in process. I I was impressed at Mr Kim’s patience and service throughout the check-in experience, and I was really glad to get a warm welcoming experience from both Mr Arjun and Ms Pitcha at the lobby. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate specific requests made a significant difference, setting the tone for an enjoyable and happy stay. It is evident that the team takes pride in delivering top-notch service, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. Furthermore, the hospitality at the lounge was exemplary. Despite the huge crowd during the festive season, the lounge staff did create a comfortable and enjoyable one. Both Murata and Pabina were some of those whom I felt had delivered great service during the evening cocktail hours. Lastly

10 seconds walk from JR Nara Station. It's okay even if it rains. Hotel check-in is on the 3rd floor. The bathhouse on the 6th floor is free. Free drinks on the 3rd floor. Breakfast shows the pride of the hotel. Very delicious.

The location of hotel is very near kintetsu nara , less then 5 minutes away. The receptionist is very friendly. Cleanliness , Service , Facilities are excellence. Would definitely book the hotel again if i happen to travel to nara.

I had decided two night stay in this hotel because this was so closed to (walk distance) the sightseeing spots: Nara Garden and the Temple. My family car arrived at 10:30pm on 3/1 and the girl staff came outside immediately and welcomed our arrival. She was so helpful for taking off the luggage from the car under cold temperature and nicely arranged our room and asked clearly the style and the time of breakfast we preferred so that the team could arrange in our satisfaction. The most amazing thing is that she was the local Japanese but her English is very fluent! On the other hand, the front desk manager is also very nice and helpful by assisting us to take the luggage to the room proactively. May I here specially thanks to this front desk team for your wonderful service and hospitality. My accommodation plan is superior room with Garden View. The room is so spacious which comfortably fit in 3 of us with luggage. The view of Nara Garden outside of the hotel is really nice! The room design was stylish and decent and most importantly, the room was so new and clean. We have got a set of breakfast with a choice of western style and Japanese style. Overall, the breakfast is greatly enough and delicious. This is my first time experience in this hotel. The hotel is not crowd so I really feel calm and peaceful during my stay which made me feel so relax! I am sure that I will be back this hotel when I am back to Nara!

I was more interested in a nice hotel with a nice atmosphere in a good location every time I went sightseeing in Nara, so I stayed for the first time. Everywhere is very well maintained and although it is an old hotel, it was very comfortable. The room I booked is a renewed Japanese modern non-smoking twin. After all the air conditioner is new. It was a very hot day, but I was able to spend comfortably in the room. There is also a foot massage machine, so you can heal your tired legs from sightseeing. As for the lighting, I have something to tell the hotel a little. The large communal bath is not a hot spring, but it is well managed, comfortable and relaxing. The lobby has a drink server as a service for guests, which was really helpful in the hot season. I booked with breakfast and dinner, but the taste of Nara was very delicious and I enjoyed Nara sake. The location is close to Kintetsu Nara Station and close to tourist spots, so it is a place where you can return to the hotel and rest as soon as you get tired of sightseeing. Convenience stores, shopping streets and souvenir shops are also nearby, making it the best location. If I have a chance to go to Nara again, I definitely want to stay here. At that time, I would be happy if other rooms were renewed. I'm sure the rooms that have not been renewed are clean, but new equipment such as air conditioning and lighting is a condition for me to spend comfortably. I look forward to it.
