Or too busy? No room clothes! On the contrary, maybe the baby bed that the guest needed until the day before remained. A hotel full of history as it has been the chosen venue for important events in Nara. Many celebrities had stayed in this hotel including Albert Einstein. Tried the rice lager at the tea house which is very good tgough some may find it not strong enough. The vicinity is nice. It is within waljing distance of the famous Nara Park. The room is spacious. Shuttle bus service to Nara station is excellent. Very helpful staff. An enjoyable stay indeed!

Fantastic Hotel with a perfectly convenient location. The only thing is the bad attitude of a female manager at the front desk. We asked for more bottled water, but she refused. Refusing is OK, but she thought we didn't understand Japanese and said some bad words to us.
Unfortunately, we are just not fluent in Japanese, but we can totally understand what she was saying. A pathetic woman manager ruined other staff's good service and hard work.

From the perspective of people from Nara Prefecture, I am surprised that there is a hotel of this level in Nara Prefecture and south of Nakawa. I want to applaud. I think it's a passing score for the hotel facilities, services, and staff, not the eyes of the locals. The lobby with the entrance is large and open, so you can relax. I am personally very happy that there is a large communal bath. I thought it was especially good for the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of Japanese and Western styles and a welcome drink at 16:00 〜 18:00. As I moved sweating in the middle of summer, I can drink not only soft drinks but also draft beer and sparkling wine as much as I want, and in addition, there are sweets and snacks. Furthermore, it is too hungry to say that anyone staying for consecutive nights is OK not only when checking in. I would like you to continue to do your best as a tourist base in Nara Prefecture.

I believe it is important to acknowledge and celebrate excellence, and I sincerely hope that the outstanding efforts of the hotel team members are recognized for their service excellence: - Wang Yu Wen (Azekura) - Nobukazu Yoshida (Azekura) - Miyamae (Azekura) - Okubo Ren (Azekura) - Murata (Lounge) - Pabina (Lounge) - Kim (Front Desk) - Pitcha (Front Desk) - Arjun (Front Desk) - Dushanta (Front Desk) Some highlights of this stay: - Sparkling Wine provided for Bonvoy members during breakfast, ingredients also sourced from Nara - FHR dining credit has 125usd instead of the 100usd - Azekura the JP restaurant: one of the best teppanyaki and kaiseki I had in JP - no sento but there's a jacuzzi in the pool. The fitness gym was quite comprehensive The regular Room was already very big, comfy bed and clean! No upgrade this time since all rooms are fully booked - service! 100% good! One of the most friendly staff and quite a number overseas staff. - The hotel provide a shuttle bus to Nara station or Kintetsu Below content for those who has time to read To start, it was the first day of the dining experience at Azekura that got me to have not one but two dining occasions at the restaurant. Chef Wang Yu Wen not only delivered a gastronomic experience throughout my teppanyaki lunch course, but he also delivered a very personal one-one dining service experience. His culinary expertise was showcased in every dish despite my dietary restriction, every flavour simply delighted my palate. Kirito did an exceptional service by recommending a great local Nara sake to pair with my lunch course., The second day of Kaiseki was equally delightful and I was extremely surprised to be greeted by the 料理長, Mr Nobukazu Yoshida who honestly provided such an “Omotenashi” experience throughout my time at Azekura. Mr Okubo Ren and Ms Miyamae also delivered great service during my lunch dining on the second day. Overall, the dining experience at Azekura was the highlight of my stay and till now, I couldn’t help but marvel due to the great service that was initiated by Mr Wang Yu Wen. Additionally, I would like to commend the impeccable service I received during the check-in process. I I was impressed at Mr Kim’s patience and service throughout the check-in experience, and I was really glad to get a warm welcoming experience from both Mr Arjun and Ms Pitcha at the lobby. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate specific requests made a significant difference, setting the tone for an enjoyable and happy stay. It is evident that the team takes pride in delivering top-notch service, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. Furthermore, the hospitality at the lounge was exemplary. Despite the huge crowd during the festive season, the lounge staff did create a comfortable and enjoyable one. Both Murata and Pabina were some of those whom I felt had delivered great service during the evening cocktail hours. Lastly

I had decided two night stay in this hotel because this was so closed to (walk distance) the sightseeing spots: Nara Garden and the Temple. My family car arrived at 10:30pm on 3/1 and the girl staff came outside immediately and welcomed our arrival. She was so helpful for taking off the luggage from the car under cold temperature and nicely arranged our room and asked clearly the style and the time of breakfast we preferred so that the team could arrange in our satisfaction. The most amazing thing is that she was the local Japanese but her English is very fluent! On the other hand, the front desk manager is also very nice and helpful by assisting us to take the luggage to the room proactively. May I here specially thanks to this front desk team for your wonderful service and hospitality. My accommodation plan is superior room with Garden View. The room is so spacious which comfortably fit in 3 of us with luggage. The view of Nara Garden outside of the hotel is really nice! The room design was stylish and decent and most importantly, the room was so new and clean. We have got a set of breakfast with a choice of western style and Japanese style. Overall, the breakfast is greatly enough and delicious. This is my first time experience in this hotel. The hotel is not crowd so I really feel calm and peaceful during my stay which made me feel so relax! I am sure that I will be back this hotel when I am back to Nara!

I was more interested in a nice hotel with a nice atmosphere in a good location every time I went sightseeing in Nara, so I stayed for the first time. Everywhere is very well maintained and although it is an old hotel, it was very comfortable. The room I booked is a renewed Japanese modern non-smoking twin. After all the air conditioner is new. It was a very hot day, but I was able to spend comfortably in the room. There is also a foot massage machine, so you can heal your tired legs from sightseeing. As for the lighting, I have something to tell the hotel a little. The large communal bath is not a hot spring, but it is well managed, comfortable and relaxing. The lobby has a drink server as a service for guests, which was really helpful in the hot season. I booked with breakfast and dinner, but the taste of Nara was very delicious and I enjoyed Nara sake. The location is close to Kintetsu Nara Station and close to tourist spots, so it is a place where you can return to the hotel and rest as soon as you get tired of sightseeing. Convenience stores, shopping streets and souvenir shops are also nearby, making it the best location. If I have a chance to go to Nara again, I definitely want to stay here. At that time, I would be happy if other rooms were renewed. I'm sure the rooms that have not been renewed are clean, but new equipment such as air conditioning and lighting is a condition for me to spend comfortably. I look forward to it.

GGuest UserStayed for 2 days in two different rooms - Japanese style and modern one. It was an overall positive experience. + Great location + Good view (not excellent because of the trees, but it's still good) + Very friendly and helpful staff + They speak English + Convenience store (not 24h) at the basement + Spacy rooms for Japan and given price - Not many things are included in the room but could be asked on reception - Some modernization/refreshment would be useful Additionally, there is a Visitor Center on the 1st floor, where you could find any information you need about Nara and the nearby areas. Things like what is better to visit to sightsee or to eat. Including in English. Had a great talk with Jay-san and visited some of the places he recommended. Thanks!
1163vuvBooking because it was a new and clean hotel to see the advertisement in the story of Instagram. Location is good. The building and room are as impressive as the photos on the homepage. I wanted a bus mat and a bus mat if I raised something. I was happy with the free mini bar, but I wish there were a little more snacks. Dinner is good to look good but the taste is normal. There was no volume and I felt the speed of delivery because I had to eat immediately. Breakfast is buffet style except for the main 4 items. It was better than breakfast at a business hotel, but there was no impression like this. The staff was very young and had a lot of unfamiliar times. This time, I was able to stay at 10800 yen per person with 2 meals in the goto campaign, so I think it was enough to consider the price. It's subtle if you return to the usual fee...
TTashCThe hotel is next to the Nara station, it’s very good location. The staff are kind and nice, we asked about the route and restaurant recommendations, they are so helpful. The onsen in the hotel is good. Pyjamas and necessities are provided. Free alcohol drinks are also provided. All the check-in or entering room are in automatic mode. Good security for woman onsen zone with specific password to enter. I wish I could stay here again if I come back to Nara again.
RRyosan50We stayed for 4 nights to walk on Nara Yamato Road. It was a relatively long night, but it was unexpectedly comfortable. The single room was small, the window glass was polished, there was no outside scenery, and there was a feeling of closure, but the flow line of the clothes hanging was good, and the number of hangers was large and convenient. After all, there was a bathhouse for men and women, which was very useful for the tired body of walking. The free Japanese-Western breakfast buffet is simple, but the contents of the side dishes are changed little by little every day, and it was delicious. I was grateful that it was a 500ml water service in the morning. It is very convenient because it is close to JR Nara Station and the station building is equipped with ion supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. There is a microwave on the first floor of the hotel where you can eat and drink in your room. It was simple overall, but it was very functional and I was able to stay very comfortable alone.
GGuest UserThe location is on the edge of Nara Park, the environment is beautiful, the Japanese-style tatami room, we ordered breakfast, Japanese breakfast is very recommended for everyone to eat, it has the characteristics of the real Japanese. The hotel also provides hot spring baths.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is near to Nara Station JR. just 10 minutes walking. Also is very close to the Nara Park and so many places for food around. The room is big, lots of space. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom is good. The service is really amazing. I arrived before the check in and they sent my luggage to the room directly. Very recommended.
GGuest UserIt was a hotel with a gorgeous view from the room. I was disappointed that the wide-edge chair had almost no backrest, but thanks to that, I was able to see the night view from Mt. Wakakusa, one of Japan's top three night views, while lying on the bed facing the window. I took two rooms with my daughter's couple and tried to use our room as a meeting place, but the Japanese-Western rooms had hard tatami mats and the chairs had no backrests, so we ended up meeting in the lobby. The sofa around the fireplace was the special seat, but there were little games on the other sofas that everyone could enjoy. Self-service free coffee comes in hot and iced varieties, and others include iced tea and apple juice. At night, you can roast marshmallows over the fireplace and eat them as s'mores between crackers. On the free stargazing tour starting at 9:00 p.m., you can enjoy a 180-degree night view from the top of the mountain. We had dinner starting at 6:30, but even though the food was not slow and the waiters were not slow, we were running out of time (we had to hurry and finish at 8:45), so if you want to sign up for a tour, you should start by 6:00. Recommended. Each room had a view bath for 50 minutes, which was plenty. When hot water overflows from the bathtub, hot water is automatically supplied. There is a shower booth, but the water temperature is not stable and the shower is extremely water-saving, so it was a little difficult to use. In addition to shampoos, we have everything from cleansing to face wash and moisturizing. There is also a sink in the changing area, so you can remove your makeup there. This may not be an individual private bath, so... Towels, bath towels, co**** cloth for washing the body, and water were set in each basket. There were plenty of electrical outlets in the room in easy-to-use locations. 1 outlet and 1 typeA USB port per bed. There are 2 packs of coffee per person, 3 packs of each of 2 types of tea, and 1 bottle of water per person. The food was also luxurious and delicious for me.
马马Arrived at the hotel near 12 o'clock in the evening, and the guy on duty came out to greet him. And introduced us to the hotel's facilities and services in detail. Very enthusiastic. The hotel facilities are not new, but very clean and tidy, and the service attitude is very good. The hotel spa is very comfortable. The environment layout is very cultural. The location is good, right next to the Double Pagoda, just a short walk to Nara Park! The bathroom space in the room is a bit cramped, but others are fine!
GGuest UserThe location of the area is very good. It is next to Ruocao Park. In addition to self-check-in, it makes people feel that the head is big. The test of English is good. The price and service match. Health is also OK.
KKEITH WILLIAMThis place is very comfy and affordable! Great for families. Located on the Sato River, and about a half hour's walk from the palace. Check in was a bit complicated. I would recommend downloading Line if possible to communicate with the host directly.
