We had the best time at Twin Lotus.
All employees are super nice & helpful. We stayed there for 3 nights, in the rooms near the beach,very recommended.
On arrival, we received a room that had no roof to its balcony, plus it was connected to another room.
The reception staff was helpful & let us move to another room with the required balcony roof for the following 2 nights.
Breakfast is good and varied.
We chose to use the hotel's offers for a rented motorbike & and island hopping, although you can find it cheaper in town. But you can try and negotiate if you'd like.
All in all, I highly recommend staying at the twin lotus hotel.

The receptionist is nice. As soon as you park your car, there's a golf cart waiting to pick you up. Upon check-in, there will be a welcome drink and cold towel provided while waiting for check-in. The staff recommended it well. But when entering the room, the housekeeper didn't take out the trash from the previous customer's bathroom. The amenities in the room were very ok. There is an iron stand ready. There are a lot of various bathroom items. There's even detergent provided. But Breakfast has quite a few options. and room service is slow And in the shower room Water from the shower flows out through the door and it becomes impossible to separate the dry and wet zones. It's all wet. There's a lot of deposit here, about 3,000 baht. Overall, I really like the staff here. Good service in every depar**ent. Especially the front

We moved to the resort after another not so good experience for one night on another beach. The resort is nicely located on the beach we think is the nicest to stay at if you do not want the extremely quiet experience. It is also conveniently located close to town. The breakfast buffet is very good, the pool areas great and the beach as well. The restaurant offers a dinner buffet which I think needs rethinking. We did not try the gym or the massage services which seemed expensive though. The resort is very green and on the plus side they have some resident monitor lizard which they sometimes feed close to the breakfast area. The rooms are ok but not great and could perhaps be cleaned more thoroughly. However, after intending to stay 4 nights we stay 4 nights so it was a good experience after all. We were not really impressed by the island initially but it grew on us and now we actually like it and its vibe along the beach at night a lot.

Everything is perfect 🤩. From the first day we realized how we got lucky to book this hotel. They have amazing stuff, nice environment and delicious food. Rooms are very clean and cosy . If you want to organize trips to some island just ask in front of desk , they have so many nice options and the prices are cheaper than some other places. In the restaurant they don't have alcohol but for me it was ok . Close to hotel there are many nice restaurants and bars , if you are looking some fancy places ❤️. I already missed this place and all the people who are working there. Definitely gonna visit one more time 🤗.

I stayed in the same room type as in 2018, just opposite the one I stayed in before. The attic above the small swimming pool was less than 300 yuan a day during the National Day holiday, and I was quite satisfied with the price. It takes less than five minutes to walk to the beach, and the distance is acceptable. But now the beach is not as clean as before. Before, there were staff who took away the garbage on the beach every day. This time, there was a lot of garbage brought by the sea water, and no one dealt with it.
The hotel breakfast was good, and the lunch tasted very ordinary. This time I went to Lanta Island, it felt much quieter than before, but the prices for eating and traveling have increased a lot. Every time I took a tuk-tuk from the hotel to 711 (less than 1km, but it was too hot during the day and too dark at night), I had to bargain from 150 to 60 (two people) (I really don’t know how to bargain, and 60 is my limit). I met a songthaew once, but 50 was enough.
Of course, this hotel fully meets my needs of not wanting to do anything and just lying on the beach. There are large blue bath towels in the room that can be brought to the beach lounge chair.
The service is pretty good, and they will take the initiative to help carry the luggage to the attic. There was a problem with the lock of our room, probably discovered by the cleaning staff. When we came back from breakfast, the maintenance staff were already fixing it.
In addition, if you are not too lazy to leave, the massage in the hotel is not recommended, and the first massage shop on the right hand side of the hotel is even less recommended!

The overall is very good, the sunset is simply invincible. There are groups of hermit crabs on the beach at night. There is nothing to say about the ecological environment. It’s just that Lanta Town is a bit poor, and the infrastructure is not comparable to that of Ao Nang, Krabi, Phuket. There are gains and losses, just go decisively if you like quietness and original ecology.

We had a Sunset Villa and were very satisfied. Breakfast was good, although a bit noisy and a bit cafeteria-like. Various types of toast, 4 different fresh fruits, pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc. Was good for us for 4 nights. In the resort you could also have a good meal on the beach in the evening. We ate at The Sisters on the street for 2 days. Simply great.

an amazing sea view and room, but note that there is a steep hill you have to climb to get to the hotel and there is a road between the hotel and the beach/pool area but they built an underground subway for you to get there. very relaxing hotel as it is far from the hustle and bustle of the main strip in Koh Lanta.

I really like the style of the hotel and it blends perfectly with the surrounding environment, similar to some domestic homestays. The facilities are a little bit old, but they have everything they should. The rooms are large and the balcony with sea view is very awkward. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is completely delicious. The semi-open restaurant and garden perfectly blend with the sea view, bringing a good dining mood, which is enough to offset the shortcomings of fewer varieties. The flame dance at the bar on the side is also a highlight, making the night more exciting.
The only thing that is not tolerable is the problem of bath water. The water flow is often very small. When I came back from the beach and stood under the shower head. When the dripping water could not clean the sand on my body, my heart collapsed. I stood and waited for a few minutes. It took ten minutes for the water flow to return to normal levels to finish the bath.
The sea and beaches of Kantian Bay are not as good as expected. I think the comments in the comments are a bit too much. After all, Thailand has many more beautiful beaches than here.
In general, it is a wonderful experience for people like me who love to lie on the balcony or garden and enjoy leisure time.

I had an amazing stay at the brand-new Phumala Lanta Seaview Resort! The bungalows are unique, built on stilts amidst lush greenery, with a magical view over the treetops and the coast. Staying here feels like being in a small fairytale, with comfortable beds, modern air conditioning, and a lovely terrace featuring both a bathtub and sun loungers. Between the bungalows, charming lighting in the trees creates a special and cozy atmosphere in the evenings. If any challenges arise, the staff and owner are incredibly attentive and resolve everything quickly and efficiently. The service is truly top-notch! The resort is just a 5-7 minute walk from a beautiful and peaceful beach, and shops and restaurants are also nearby. Across the road, Pad Thai Rock n Roll serves absolutely amazing food, and their staff is incredibly friendly – a must-visit during your stay. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it from four to nine nights. Note that the hotel shares its reception with Bakantiang Resort, so make sure to mention this to your taxi driver to find the correct location. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis hotel is really amazing for me! -Environment: In the south of Lanta Island, it is quite far away. It takes about 40 minutes to drive a motorcycle to the bustling area in the north (open fast); the food nearby is similar, but the 7-11 diagonally opposite green house massage shop next to the alley Everyone who goes in the massage shop must try it! Although the price is half the price of Ao Nang, this oil is really very good compared to the price. - Hotel: The service is very good. We just have a welcome towel, non-alcoholic drinks and waffles, and some luggage are put upstairs and air-conditioning is opened in advance. The use of various areas of the hotel is also recommended carefully; May be the off-season, only us and a couple of foreigners at the time of check-in, so we arranged the best room on the third floor; - Catering: At the hotel, only the lunch of the room service is called once. The taste is average. You need to charge 10% service charge and 7% tax; more than 500 baht. - Facilities: The only downside is that there is no elevator; but this sea view is really too great, very quiet and very comfortable; - Note: Because the hotel is backed by mountains in the south, many monkeys will grab your food and even arrogantly steal clothes. Fortunately, monkeys are afraid that people can drive away.

GGuest UserI am very grateful to the architects, you have made this hotel beautiful, especially the one bedroom pool villa facing the sea is beautiful! The first impression it gave us was luxurious and shocking! The most expensive room type of this hotel is unique on the same beach. In addition, even if you book a normal room, you can also enjoy the beautiful public swimming pool.
What doesn't match its expensive price, however, is its service. Except for the proprietress, other staff, including the hotel front desk and restaurant waiters, could not communicate in English normally, which caused a lot of inconvenience during the check-in process. Regardless of the room type, even the 4,000-night villa pool room does not have any welcome fruit, or any other value-added services or small items to give you the feeling of a ”VIP”. The cleaning service of the room is not timely, it is embarrassing to always clean when the guests are there! And the cleaning is relatively sloppy, the table is not wiped...
In addition, the breakfast buffet is mainly bread and eggs for Westerners, but there is no cheese, no cold cuts, and even jam and yogurt only have one flavor. I saw the disappointed eyes of other foreign customers. When we asked if there was an Asian breakfast, the waiter told us: sorry, no! Well... the same breakfast for four days in a row is a bit boring, and we also had very stale bread on the last day... In terms of drinking, there is no freshly squeezed juice, but fortunately, the freshly ground coffee in the hotel is really delicious.
In addition, although there is only one employee on duty at the pool bar, the cocktails he made are really good, especially the mango daiquira recommended by the boss, which tastes amazing and tastes better than the first five-star hotel on the island we went to later. . Everyone must try it.
In short, we still had a wonderful holiday in the hotel. After all, when traveling, mentality is very important. It's just that every time I think about the price we paid, I feel it's not worth it...

The next morning, I found a lot of ants crawling on the bed (some videos cannot be uploaded). The order cannot be canceled, so I can only stay for two days. Do not leave food on tables and kitchen countertops. Walk at least ten minutes to the beach. Going to a hotel four kilometers away, garb does not support this area, the front desk helps to find a car, the fare is 40 baht, speechless.

CCanadian wandererWe stayed in the deluxe bungalow garden view, a huge room with a large bathroom. Great shower with lots of hot water. The TV is a smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other apps. The bed is comfortable, hard pillows though. Our room overlooked a nicely kept garden and we could also see the sea which was about a 100 meter walk. This resort is located at the beginning of long beach. Beach restaurants start right beside it and continue down the 6 km beautiful beach. The beach is sandy with no coral to dodge while getting in.
The staff are all friendly and accommodating. A 5 minute 150 baht tuk tuk ride takes you into town. We loved everything about this place and would highly recommend.

YYAJIEI saw it on Trip.com for a long time and finally chose this hotel. It is not a hotel in fact. It is a relatively large hotel in the local area. It is south of Lanta Island and is located halfway up the mountain. The hotel owner is very enthusiastic about borrowing motorcycles and setting out for a day trip to the sea. The cost is still very good than setting a discount outside, and the hotel has a dinner, the chef's craftsmanship is very good! The price is not expensive

GGuest UserExcellent resort situated 5 min walk from long beach and next door to KoHub coworking. The location is however a bit quieter than other areas. 7-11 is a bit of a walk, but there are a couple of mini marts and restaurants around. Not an issue if you have a scooter but by foot it was a bit limited. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've slept on in Thailand (not rock hard like many others). Staff are very kind and helpful. Would stay again.

GGuest UserWe had such a good stay at the hotel before that we came back again this time when we were visiting Koh Lanta for diving. We can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't include this option.
- Staff are very nice and friendly.
- Really listen to feedback - last time I had suggested water dispensers to save on plastic, when we returned for this trip (only 2 weeks later) there was now one on each floor! This was amazing to see and I'm so glad the hotel is taking steps to be more eco friendly, so thank you!
- The room was much bigger than it looks, and has a large desk with a chair.
- Strong, reliable WiFi.
- Very clean.
- On our previous trip, we were able to check in early at no extra cost which we really appreciated :)
- Room includes a fridge.
- Very close to a 7-eleven and a few restaurants, although we didn't go to that particular stretch of beach it is also close to a beach, located in a more quiet area in the centre of the island making it easy to visit the north and south (but, the location does require you to have a motorbike to get around!).
- Good, strong air con.
- Value for money is very good.
The only negative during our stay was that at one point my boyfriend's shoes were nowhere to be found in the lobby, (as per Thai culture, you must leave them outside before entering the guest house), and it turned out another guest / neighbour had 'borrowed' them. Luckily they had only gone to the shop and so we weren't without the shoes for long, but it still wasn't ideal... Not the fault of the owner, but perhaps a sign requesting people to not do this? Overall though, we had a great stay and would definitely come back if we visit Koh Lanta again!

AAshleigh1In a beautiful spot on a hill overlooking the ocean. Villa was nice - bigger than expected with a nice layout. It is a little way from the pier and the busier areas with restaurants/shops etc. No problem with a scooter - if not it's between 200 - 300THB one way to move around the most common areas. Plenty of beach bars in walking distance, and the staff at the resort were very helpful and attentive.
