Heston Hyde Hotel

1.On arrival there was noone at reception stood waiting for ages. Loads of people in the lobby sitting around and one section had black bags packed on floor. 2. They're was people hanging round outside and in the hallway. Noticed loads of people coming out the lift with plates going to the restaurant but there's not food facilities. 3. When leave took 5 minutes for someone to come check me out I had to ask security if anyone's working. Then they didn't want to reverse my charge to my credit card without me asking when asked why the facities weren't working they said due to operations. When confronted them about asylum seekers I said they should advertise there being housed there on the website they have the rights to somewhere to stay but I'm paying a lot of money for facilities I can't use as its wasn't very appealing seeing them lounging all over the place also they had access to food facilities where we had to order breakfast to be walked through the hotel ans brought up to the room which is not acceptable you cannot operate as a hostel and as a hotel that's not fair on you paying guests. In morning people came and put there key card on your door so it made noise walking past Besides from that Bed was comfortable but was 2 mattresses put together so big lump down middle weird splashes on wall in bathroom paint scraped off wall. They put plug in heater in room as requested. Light was dim.

Felt like I was the only paying guest there as this hotel has asylum seekers living in it. Really strange atmosphere as they just hang around the corridors. This also led to us not being able to use facilities such as the bar, pool and restaurant area. The reception area is full of rubbish bags for them as a welcome bag. Luckily I only had to stay there 1 night. Avoid this hotel!

Hired the wedding venue at Heston Hyde. Fantastic spacious venue. Polite and helpful staff on the night. Event coordinator at the hotel, Amandeep, was helpful throughout the wedding arrangements and accommodated all our requirements. I certainly recommend Heston Hyde as a wedding venue. Thank you!

Unfortunately the hotel was not up to a habitable standard - rubbish bags in corridors, clothes strewn around the property, worn rooms and all amenities closed. Other reviews have correctly stated that this property is being used to house government guests, which I do not take issue with, however the standard to which the property was being run meant I did not stay at the property. If you’re seeking a stay local to Heathrow, I’d highly recommend other average chain hotels over this one.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt the need to do so. First impressive of this hotel are not good, the staff are rude and very abrupt, the reception is full of welcome bags for the asylum seekers, the beds are uncomfortable, they don't supply enough towels for both guests but luckily we took some of our own towels and I'm still wormy for the return of my £50 deposit which I was told would go into my count the same day as I checked out. We didn't see any other paying guests and only saw asylum seekers, which there was no warning about. If I had of known this hotel was being used in such a way I would of stayed elsewhere. All in all a very disappointing stay and I would never book here again.

This is by far the worst hotel you can book please avoid at all costs. We arrived at the hotel to find they had all facilities closed and we are to pay a £50 damage deposit which can only be paid by a physical card we was not informed of this prior even though we had received emails from the hotel. Once we had arrived the staff was extremely rude and even though we had already paid for the room, they were ready to leave us stranded for not having a physical card to pay for the deposit and was not ready to refund the room price. We was then forced to pay for £100 Uber to go back and collect a physical card to pay this. The hotel did not even have water to offer. The showers were dirty. The rooms were filthy and I advise you not to book this place for your own peace of mind as they will cheat you

Heston Hyde Hotel Hounslow 913121559 I had a lovely stay here in 2019 and was keen to stay again. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. On arrival the car park was full with large busses and cars and we were told we couldn’t park there. I explained we had a booking to stay the night and he opened the barrier and I had to double park in front of a bus. He explained the car would need to be moved as all the buses leave at 7.30am. Reception and welcome was pleasant but it was explained that no facilities were open and none of the restaurants either. We had to order food in and eat in our room. We only saw one other couple who were paying guests. The hotel was full of asylum seekers who were roaming the grounds and hanging around inside. Lots of rubbish bags in corridors and breakfast consisted of three cold eggs and two hash browns with a soup bowl of baked beans which was unsatisfactory and inedible. Very disappointing stay.

On arrival, the carpark was strangely empty save for a few cars and possibly twenty coaches. There were several (5 or 6) men hanging around outside smoking and talking. This hotel seemed to have no paying guests and looked like it was being used as a hostel. It did not look or feel like a regular hotel. Our room was dirty. It had a weird door inside that we could not open as it had a key lock, but it also opened away from our room so we couldn't bar it shut. It seemed to go nowhere as there were no other doors to it in the hallway. However, we did hear voices behind the door. Did they have access from their side? It all just seemed strange and off. After reading some Trip Advisor reviews the penny dropped and confirmed our suspicions. This hotel has guests but few paying guests. No amenities (restaurant, bar, pool, sauna and gym are closed till further notice). It was noisy with people shouting. With the security risks in our room and the general perception of the place we checked out immediately and went to another Heathrow hotel. I liked absolutely nothing about this hotel. I feel I was lied to by the hotel and by Priceline. I will be taking this further with them. Priceline should not advertise this hotel and the hotel should change it's status to a hostel and not rent rooms out.
