Hilton Garden Inn Houston NW/Willowbrook

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked. It seems that for business travel is 2022, this has become the ceiling instead of the floor for expectations. Everywhere is understaffed and doing the best they can with who they have. That said, this was close to a pre-COVID experience. Also, there’s a Hilton Home2Suites next door. I stayed there a few months ago - avoid it at all costs. The HGI has an on-site restaurant with good food. It shares a parking lot with PF Changs.

These employees excel in hospitality!! From the front desk that was so friendly and outgoing, always greeting you and so accommodating to are late check out! To the both amazing shuttle drivers who made sure we new how to reach them at any time. The morning breakfast staff always cleaning up after us with a smile, and the maintenance staff who made sure we could charge are phones while we waited to go to the airport. The rooms are amazing! This hotel is so clean and well staffed. I can't say enough great things about it. I've been in the hotel business for 20 years. Thanks for a great experience. Can't wait to come back. See you in 8 months.
Hilton Garden Inn Houston Energy Corridor

Enegy Corridor
Did not have breakfast, eat a few days each person 12 knives a day, children half price. Self-service, average American breakfast. Not expensive or cheap. It is not convenient to have no car in the United States. So staying here is much cheaper than downtown. Drive to the museum area, follow the morning peak for about 40min-1h, and go to the space center for about 1.2-1.5h. Can be tollway, less than 2.5 knives for each of the 7 seats, not expensive, take the right cash channel, below 20 can be zero. Houston is planning very well, the museum areas are all together, naturally, children are close.

The hotel is good and has been staying here. There is a Hong Kong guy who speaks Chinese at the front desk. The people are very nice. There are some restaurants around, as well as gallaria, and it is convenient to eat and eat. Traveling with children is very good, the bed is big. Breakfast is average. The room has a coffee machine and a microwave.

Hilton Garden Inn Houston Cypress Station

There was no breakfast provided for one of the two nights I stayed there. I paid for breakfast, which was a little disappointing. The rest was ok. It's not far from the airport and has a good location. Maybe Houston is a little humid, so you can encounter some small animals in the room, haha
