Aging hotel. Great location. Garage cost is outrageously high. $25 food/beverage daily is a nice perk.

The facility is a bit old, but it was a pleasant place to stay. The staff were very friendly, especially Allen, who helped with check-in. The self-parking kiosk didn’t always work properly. The gym facilities were not bad, but the pool was a bit disappointing.

Had breakfast in the restaurant. (9/11). Hostess and waitress were very kind and could not have been more pleasant. Wish more people took the same approach they did .............................................................................

Delia in the executive concierge room was a pleasure each day I was there for my conference. She was so helpful and just a sweet soul. I wanted to give her kudos as she exceeded my expectations on a daily basis. When I needed to heat something up she didn’t mind microwaving it for me. I enjoyed her smiling face during my trip.

Delia was great thanks alot She was kind and a great host always making sure you can have your morning Coffee The Loundge was always spotless and all ready at the right time Excellent view and the best coffee I have ever had Rooms are ok a little old but in good shape

The pillows and bed were super comfortable. The service staff was very attentive to the cleanliness of the room, kept the coffee bar stocked, and even left sweet treats and water bottles daily. Martha Q. and her colleagues treated us very well and provided outstanding service during lunch time in the hotel's restaurant! The salads were delicious. I would definitely visit this location again.

I had a great time at the JW Marriott by the Gallería. Yousif the valet was great to chat with and he handled my car well. Viviana provided excellent cleaning service with a nice smile. Heron made some tasty welcome drinks and treated us well at the bar. I always feel at home at a JW Marriot!
