The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes.
The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course "Style Thai beef wok" with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

Todo genial. Es la segunda vez que vamos y seguro q volveremos .El hotel es muy acogedor y trato cercano. El personal del restaurante es muy amable y sevicial. La comida muy rica y variada.. El spa aunque pequeño hace la delicias de los peques .

Pues de maravilla cada vez que voy que lo suelo hacer al menos un par de veces al año.Las habitaciones muy bien, la cama perfecta, el desayuno muy bueno y el spa es una gozada y según a qué horas vayas esta casi vacío y disfrutas mucho.Los trabajadores son muy amables. Lo que si he notado que las cenas han bajado un poco respecto a otras veces pero por lo demás todo bien.

Sitio tranquilo instalaciones correctas buena atención y comida excelente en los alrededores bonitos sitios para visitar (somo, Santander, etc) gastronomía en los alrededores estupenda muy buenas comunicaciones carretera y aeropuerto
