I stay here as nearby big city mall, but to my surprise the hotel provide a good morning breakfast especially to those milk tea lover, as diy bubble milk tea is available here.

Front desk staff was excellent! I had a couple of inquiries and they not only answered them but also gave suggestions. Room was a good size and well maintained. TV programs is well balance with English channels.

The bed was freaking comfy, the best among all my Taiwan trips! But gotta walk quite a bit from the train station to the hotel. The hotel itself is good tho, there is a buffet restaurant right downstairs too.

Nice hotel in which you can park for free directly below the building! Very convenient

location is about 17min walk from the East gate market. There is a mall nearby though. Hotel room is big and luxurious with nice bathroom amenities. Hotel was quite accommodating in allowing a late check out but only by 1 hr.

First time stayed at Hsinchu, the overall staying experience is good. Hotel is very clean, there are few convenience shops and restaurant nearby. 10 mins Walking distance to train station. Also one mega city mall also can be reached by walk.

No complaints on the overall services and amenities. Just found that the breakfast spread is lesser compare to the last stay few years back. No more raw fish this round. Food at the Japanese restaurant and the bear at the pub are good

The hotel is located in the Jucheng business district, with 7-11, FamilyMart and other convenience stores and many catering businesses nearby. The room is clean and tidy, the soundproofing is good, you can't hear the noise from the next room, the service is also quite thoughtful, needless to say, in general, it is a hotel with good value for money, next time I come to Hsinchu City, I will be willing to stay again😊
