Good service and location in downtown recommend to stay in Hsinchu

Affordable hotel and nice stay experience.

The hotel is old but rooms are big.

I stayed here once when Futai was operating it. I thought it was a nice old hotel and I liked it very much. Now that it is under the management, all the quality has been lost and only an empty shell remains. The room had a faint musty smell, the walls were dirty, and there were ugly holes everywhere that were not blocked... I have rarely stayed in such a bad room and I was very disappointed.

The staff at the hotel are very nice, polite and thoughtful when checking in, checking out and responding to inquiries. The location of the hotel is also good. It is only 10 minutes away from the train station and passes by the Waterfront Park and Art Museum. The scenery is beautiful at night. The Dongmen Market is nearby, so it is very convenient to find food at night. If the smell of the room can be dealt with, the rating will be better. If you go to Hsinchu next time, you can consider staying here again.

I received a check-out call at 11:05. Fortunately, I collected my luggage and went downstairs to check out at 11:10. I came here to visit friends in Hsinchu and only stayed for one night. It would be good to stay for a few more days. The taxi driver said that this is a very good hotel in the city, and it is fully booked during the peak season. I will stay here when I come to Hsinchu in the future!

Mold, old hair dryer (fixed on the wall), small TV, old sofa, dim indoor lighting and insufficient lighting, bed too soft, quilt smelly. The breakfast is very poor, it is better not to eat it. We were seated at 9 o'clock. After the eggs were taken out, they were not replenished. When I asked the waiter, they were still making them. Please, they are boiled eggs. There are not many varieties. It is recommended not to serve breakfast. Meal coupons are given to everyone to buy McDonald's. The more I write, the angrier I get. When traveling in Taiwan, I spent nearly 800 RMB to stay in this kind of room. Does this mean that Hsinchu is a tourist desert, so the tourism industry is underdeveloped? Or are the guests being slaughtered like pigs? Anyway, I don’t have to worry about no guests coming to stay even during the holiday.
