在懷化屬於挺高端一個酒店，房間衞生及客房服務都是還挺滿意但前廳服務有待加強，辦理完入住後未告訴我電梯方向導致我暈頭轉向的找，還是我再去前台問才告訴我方向。在續房問題上也是不太專業，在前一晚已經下單原房續住，難道在ota 後台上面沒有看到嗎？還要打兩次電話問我。
