一進酒店大堂就有工作人員熱情的打招呼，大廳還準備了各種免費小零食，在前台辦理入住的時候前台小姐姐既專業又温柔，因為當時拿的行李比較多，酒店還安排工作人員幫我送到房間，到房間後客房阿姨還送來了免費的水果，房間衞生很乾凈，酒店就在體育館對面，周圍商圈還是很完善的，晚上準備出去吃東西，前台推薦的錦綉五溪確實不錯，離酒店很近，走路就能到，有很多小吃。晚上回酒店休息，沒想到還有驚喜，放在地上的鞋子被刷的很乾凈，凌亂的衣服也都被疊好了，客房的阿姨很貼心的送了兩碗粥。晚上洗漱完樓頂還有免費的洗衣房，有很寬敞的晾衣區，第二天早上的早餐也yyds ，中午在前台辦理退房的時候還有工作人員會詢問入住的體驗感，以便他們能收集更多的意見來優化酒店的服務。本來我是從來不喜歡在網上寫評價的，但是這家酒店我真的太滿意了，我願稱它是懷化界的天花板，以後在懷化首選就是它了。

The hotel environment is excellent, the facilities are very new, and there is a fruit plate. The pick-up service is very friendly to people arriving at the station at night. After telling the hotel about the arrival time, a special car driver will contact the hotel for detailed instructions to get out. The seamless connection between the outbound and pick-up is very convenient. The lady at the front desk knew that I was leaving the store early in the morning and she thoughtfully gave me a breakfast coupon, which was nice!

The service is very good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, the breakfast noodles are recommended, they are delicious, and the homemade pickled radish is delicious, it whet your appetite early in the morning, hahahaha, the room is clean and hygienic, the bedding is very comfortable, and there is free parking. I stayed here twice on business trips. The room design is very standard and the hygiene management is good. I love the bed the most, it is super soft and comfortable. I have stayed in Vienna in other places in Hunan, and the front desk of this hotel is the gentlest. The only drawback may be the sound insulation of the door, and the sound of people in the corridor is still a bit obvious. Of course, the overall room is great. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

國慶假期入住的這家酒店，就火車站出口右邊，之前其實一直有機會入住這家酒店，但是都錯過了，這次終於實現了。走近酒店就立馬聞到一股中藥味，我猜想既然是懷仁酒店，跟懷仁藥房那必然是聯繫的，後來問了酒店管家，原來懷仁老闆是有股份的。因為是第一次入住他們酒店，前台小姐姐看我一個人就給我升級了房型，還送了早餐券（原本是沒有的）。上電梯期間我在想，這房間肯定很乾凈，畢竟叫養生酒店嘛，果然，打開房門一看，房間真的挺乾淨的。房間燈光以暗色調為主，比較溫馨，有利於睡眠。桌子，躺椅，電視都完好沒有損壞，看上去還挺新。廁所是乾濕分離的，洗漱台下放着拖鞋跟紙拖鞋還有澡巾，洗臉用的是一次性用品，比較講究，但是洗臉效果似乎不是很舒服。洗澡蓬頭質感很好，熱水出水量大。房間裏有計生用品售賣，情侶入住你懂的。這裏需要強調一點酒店的餐廳是在樓頂，露天的一個花園餐廳，比較小清醒，早餐提供米粉麵條還有饅頭小籠包，當然沒有星級酒店那麼豐盛。總體來說，酒店相當實惠，才100出頭，是非常值得推薦的，入住的圖片我將附上。

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, the parking lot is large, there is a foot bath on the second floor, there are many Xianglai Pavilion, hot pot.
The rooms are large and renovated. You can see the river view opposite through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The rooms have free snacks and disposable compressed face towels.
Breakfast has coffee, sausage, Huaihua special rice noodles, many varieties, are my favorite taste.
The front desk service was very good. When I checked in, the beauty at the front desk sent me a cup of tea and a small gift. When I checked out, I also sent 2 bottles of mineral water to take me away. The service details were in place.

克克 Streets of ShenzhenPerfect getaway experience. From the free pick up from the XuPu South station to the meals in the restaurant, via a 10am check in and hours in the infinity pool overlooking the rice paddies everything was perfect. Spacious, beautiful rooms built and decorated in a traditional Xiangxi style and the grounds are very tastefully laid out. Impeccable service was offered throughout to one unusual customer. Thinking of how to make this a regular weekend escape from Shenzhen. If you’re in Changsha, this is a no brainer.

TTiemoThe location was good and bad at once. Its located directly next to the city center with many restaurants and bars. But the superior deluxe room, which we had, is orientated to the railway station and its loud during the whole night. Also the walls in the hotel seem not very thick.
The room we're really clean and had everything you need for a good price.

Very cost-effective, it feels like a four- or five-star stay experience, and pet-friendly.
Service attitude:
Very enthusiastic, friendly to the dogs, and guided us to park in the rain, the attitude of talking was particularly polite.
Central air conditioning is powerful, hot water is fast and the water is abundant, bathing supplies are complete, and the quality is good. There is a free supply of tea bags.
The sanitation is very clean and the bedding is comfortable.
Hotel dining:
The hotel does not currently serve breakfast, but the morning tea shop next door is open at 6 o'clock.
Food and beverage convenience:
It is very convenient to eat and take out near the hotel and can be reached on foot.
Accessibility:
It has its own free parking lot, and the rare height limit is 2.5 meters. It is simply a gospel for us to carry the owner of the roof suitcase. The basement can go directly to the first floor of the hotel.
Experience with pets:
Very friendly, we carried the medium-sized dog Labrador and encountered no doubts. Of course, when traveling with pets, our shit-shovel officers should consciously do a good job in hygiene, tighten traction, not venting indoors, bring their own cages or single bed covers, to avoid causing trouble to the hotel and other guests, so that more hotels will accept our good dogs.
Recommendations for improvement:
The price experience is too good, there is nothing to improve, looking forward to serving breakfast.

GGuest UserAfter experiencing a review of Qiongtian Hotel, the hotel is located in the city center. It is very convenient to park and eat. Compared with several nearby hotels, it feels convenient. The only downside is that the parking lot has no elevator direct access. The parking lot is very large and spacious. The car is neatly arranged and the parking lot is very clean. I have also lived in a lot of hotels, which give me a really good feeling, especially the service, active enthusiasm, the room is still very satisfied, clean and tidy, the service is good, the stay is comfortable, it is recommended a hotel.

MMenmenmenThe hotel is on the sixth floor. You have to take the elevator from the side of the building. When you first arrive at the front desk, you will feel a bit dark and cramped. The man at the front desk was a bit aggressive, but he was very nice. He sent us to the room and helped us with our luggage. The hotel room is really huge! The house is also very clean and well decorated, but the bathroom is a little bit shabby. Since I have a cat, this hotel is indeed pet-friendly. The front desk can provide parking coupons for free parking, which is quite good. For our guests who are just passing through Huaihua, the price/performance ratio is pretty good.
