酒店是新開的，但是他們的服務卻不是新的，不是什麼都不會的，這個酒店位置特別好，在懷化湖天大道的主幹道上，離懷化的各個商圈也很近去哪裡都很方便，一下車首先可以看到温德姆酒店這兩棟樓，真的能作為懷化地標性建築了，絲毫不比大城市的地標差，酒店佔地面積很大，周圍環境都很好，真的是很氣派很高檔了，説完了這些來説説他們的服務吧，還沒進大門，禮賓AIDEN趕緊出來迎接我從我手裡把我的行李拿着，我跟他説很重的不用他拿，他説沒關係的先生為您服務很高興，歡迎您回家，這句話説到我心坎裏了，一年到頭都在出差，很暖心呀，然後他指引我到了前台，前台小姐姐ROSE隔很遠就有對我微笑，然後一走進就主動和我打招呼，她臉上有兩個小梨渦，真的是很可愛和她人一樣，她很專業很快就給我辦完了入住，然後給我介紹了酒店的設施，一點都不拖泥帶水，然後她要禮賓Aiden帶我去房間，送我到房間還給我貼心介紹了房間的各個角落，很暖心，酒店是新開的但是沒什麼味道，床品很舒服，房間有浴缸，我個人對床墊很挑剔，但他們酒店的還不錯，老闆很捨得花錢呀，在房間有任何問題打電話給他們也很快就解決，我感覺這個酒店的每一位員工都有在為顧客着想有站在顧客角度考慮，我退房的時候又是碰到了rose沒想到她還記得我，然後還貼心的和我説今天降温要我多穿一件衣服，這不比女朋友還貼心吶，心裏暖暖的，還和我説下次見！沖這句話下次一定還來這個酒店，禮賓一直送我到車上目送着我離開，這一次入住體驗非常不錯，酒店的每個角落都有用心，但是他們的員工更用心，都非常的好，老闆有這些員工真的很了不起了
