老闆很熱情，指揮停車，另外沒想到早上還有早餐，都是他們自己熬的白稀飯，小菜，饅頭，山芋或者是現下的竹筍麪。三大一小，這種一個大床一個小床的房型不好找。位置在景區外不遠的小河邊。

設施：設施較為簡單，但是也能住，沒有浴巾，在北門附近，挺方便
服務：不想出去吃飯，就讓店家炒倆菜，坐江邊吹個風，愜意
環境：房間很不隔音，樓下説話都聽的清楚，過節價格漲的離譜

首先我真的不是託，是正兒八經的對老闆家的評價，服務態度是相當到位，到民宿之後車子沒電，老闆家還有充電樁（漲大分）服務真的好，入住酒店之前會送兩瓶礦泉水，第二天早上會給你準備免費的早餐。民宿距離景點就五六百米，還可以幫你拿到優惠價的票，我們從景區回來下雨，老闆還特意發語音過來要不要接我們的，要不要☔，特別靠譜。老闆會推薦靠譜的農家土菜館，特別推薦黃山臭鱖魚真的好好吃，總而言之民宿值得推薦老闆是真的熱情

開始定了一天房間，熱情的阿叔提供了免費的飲水和早餐。到店當天恰逢週六，阿叔駕車帶着旅客前往了新開發的大靈山景區觀看錶演（鳳凰于飛，功夫表演，七仙女興舞）全程免費！除了門前的呈坎，附近還有着容溪碼頭、潛口民宅、西溪南、唐模古村等景點，阿叔借了小電車給旅客，各個景點穿梭節省了路費，也欣賞到田野間的風景。回説酒店設施，一共四層，第一層餐廳和小賣鋪，二三層為房間，第四層觀景平台有洗衣晾曬區。

離景區很近，房間和圖片一樣乾淨整潔。老闆一家特別熱情，給我們切自己種的西瓜，帶我們去靈山古村，免費提供早餐，還幫我們優惠了呈坎的門票，全家都很滿意。

我從來沒有如此認真的點評一個住宿的酒店，但今天我一定要認真寫下我對陳叔家的評價！
服務：首先我先説我絕對不是託，我刻意放了我的遊玩的照片在點評裏！！第一，先説服務，服務真的特別好，自從加微信那一刻，陳叔都特別熱情給我們介紹和建議，你來的當天晚上會提前問你，來門口來接，第二天早上會給你準備免費的早餐。當我們走的時候，還會熱情幫忙拼車🚗，並且打得車都比你自己瞭解到的更便宜！！！便宜好多！
☺️並且當天晚上我來了，陳叔熱情和我們打招呼，並且送了兩瓶水給我們解渴，走的時候也是，熱情的陳叔，晚上想吃夜宵買了泡麪想加個雞蛋，陳叔二話不説煮了幾個雞蛋免費給我們吃，在陳叔家雖然短暫相處，但有一種歸家的感覺！😝你幹什麼，你有任何需求，陳叔都會盡力，熱情的幫你解決！時刻惦記着顧客！！！！
環境：第二説環境。當你點開這家民宿的評論的時候，我相信你不僅是被呈坎的美景所吸引，也是在考察酒店的環境如何。先説外環境。酒店在呈坎門外的小溪旁，真的非常美！太有意境了，早上起床看晨景真的特別驚艷！有山有水🈶️河流，典型的小橋流水人家🏝️你相信我，選擇這個酒店，環境一定一定不踩雷！！！！再説內環境。酒店裡的衞生都做的很好，很乾凈，這個大家不用擔心，很衞生，很舒服，晚上睡覺也安靜，沒有吵鬧聲。最重要的一點☝️☝️，就是真的距離景區特別特別近，走路不到5分鐘就到了！！！
總之，一句話，最美在溪畔！十分推薦大家選擇這個酒店試一試！如果大家選擇玩呈坎，住呈坎，這裡是距離景區特別近，同樣，也距離黃山北也特別近，坐車20分鐘就到。我希望有機會，下次再來，再住陳叔家！！！😉😉
