I stayed at the hotel for six nights during a business trip to Hubli in November 2024. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the staff were reasonably polite and well-behaved. However, there were some shortcomings in the service, particularly with the transportation arrangements. I had booked a room ***** with airport pick-up through the hotel's website and confirmed the pick-up a day before my arrival. Despite this, no one was there to receive me when I landed in Hubli. I had to repeatedly call the reception to check on the vehicle’s status, but even after an hour, no taxi arrived. Frustrated, I arranged for my own transport to the hotel. While the staff later apologized and assured me they would cover my return taxi fare, the initial experience was disappointing. The gym facilities were another area that fell short. One piece of equipment was out of order, and although I reported this to the reception, it remained unfixed throughout my stay. That said, the rest of my experience was reasonably good. The housekeeping staff were diligent in cleaning the room daily, and the overall cleanliness of the lobby and corridors was commendable. The hotel’s location on the main road between Hubli and Dharwad makes it very accessible and convenient for both business travelers and families looking for a short, overnight stay. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast at the picturesque top-floor restaurant. The buffet offered a delightful variety, including South Indian, North Indian, and continental dishes. As a Mysore native, I particularly enjoyed the idlis and the buttery masala dosa. The multiple beverage options were an added bonus, making breakfast a truly enjoyable experience. In summary, while there were a few lapses in service, the hotel provided a decent stay overall. With better coordination and maintenance, it could offer an even more satisfying experience.
