Room was excellent and service was prompt however view wise room was facing drainage which was down side of stay. Staff was very courteous.

Non-ac rooms have no ventilation and mosquitoes. Chairs, bed are dirty. Lift operates only from the basement. Okay to stay only if you are single and location is important for you, else better to avoid. Still the price is high.

I booked it last year and booked it again this year. The room is good and the service is OK, but the breakfast and bathroom supplies need to be improved. As for the surrounding environment, there is basically no place with a particularly good environment in this part of India.

Amazing restaurant and food, Thanks to Princeton for suggesting me this beautiful restaurant. Really had a good time. They do also have got good offer for this IPL season which is a must try. Ambience is very relaxing and pieceful. Thanks Princetan for wonderful hospitality. Cheers

My 5 Star ratings to this Amazing Property . If you want Peace of mind , Spacious Rooms , Serenity , Garden then this is a must stay place . I just had a 1 night stay with an early morning checkin . Since the hotel is located adjoining the Unkal Lake , the calmness & the beauty is priceless. Also if you are a morning Person then you can take a walk around the lake & also do exercise in the garden area adjoining the restaurent The Breakfast option is too good with an excellant service from the FNB Team . The way the dishes were presented, I was impressed . The ceiling of the restaurent is not to be missed as it has been beautifully designed The room here is quite good with a balcony attached from where one can watch the Sunrise, Lake . I was lucky to see the Sunrise 🌅 from the balcony which was just wonderful . The Hotel has one more Branch in the same premises which is in the Budget category . Prices are much more reasonable but its a separate entity of the same Hotel. Will come back to have a longer stay till then good bye 👋

One of the best properties to stay in Hubli. Very spacious rooms with great attention to detail, lovely facilities such as swimming pool, gym and recreation center and great food options - all very reasonably priced. The only scope of improvement is in mosquito control. Being surrounded by and full of plants and vegetation, mosquitoes are a real problem and one is advised to be prepared for the same (carry Odomos cream, an electric racquet and keep yourself covered).
