酒店硬件設施非常好，相應配套用品質量不行，酒店服務沒有跟上，也可能是國慶假期，入住旅客太多，服務人員太少，服務很混亂。

山裡麪環境不錯，房間衞生不錯，設施跟麗楓基本差不多3星標準吧。服務0分。連住兩天，第二天晚上回到酒店發現沒有打掃房間衞生、更換毛巾和衞生紙，垃圾桶都是滿的。反饋給前台，告知我續住的客人需要第二天提前告訴他們打掃衞生。呵呵，攜程5鑽酒店你可以學習一下2鑽快捷酒店是怎麼給續住客人打掃服務的，晚餐建議山外解決，第一天來的晚，就在酒店解決的。差不多人均150的標準吧，四大倆小吃了700，口味和菜量嘛……自己體會吧。第二天在山外紅豆酒家花了一半的錢，現殺的活雞、河魚七八個菜，吃的滿分。
