Quite happy with the overall quality of the stay. The room was clean and neat, the only thing is that the front desk receptionist was a little cold.

A great location by the ocean, great facilities, loved the swimming pool, super friendly staff however the western restaurant (outside of buffet hours) is super slow, and unprofessional service. The sea is not for swimming.

The hotel environment is good, the hotel is relatively new, clean and hygienic, the parent-child room is panda-themed, and there are small gifts for children, the Chinese restaurant food is good. The only drawback is that to go to the Qianhuazhou scenic area next to it, you have to go out of the hotel and go around the periphery. It would be better if you can go directly through the hotel. The overall experience is good and I will choose it again next time.

The room is very large, clean and hygienic, and the surrounding environment is also very good. There happened to be a wedding downstairs, and the back garden is very beautiful and romantic🌹. I have to give a thumbs up to this pet-friendly hotel! The hotel is on the mountain, very quiet, and very suitable for vacation. The hotel inside is much older than on the pictures but it was fine. When we booked in, we were given a different room than what we requested and paid for, but after assistance from the online staff at trip. com it was rectified. Two major concerns were the lack of variety in restaurants and the facts that there are only two elevators for a fully booked hotel of 32 floors... We had to wait very, very long every time we wanted to go up or down for the elevator to reach us, and even then could often not use it because it was too full. The only western restaurant (Loop) about 750m from the hotel offered very expensive drinks and was open only from 12:00. Also, some days we could only order salad there.. 🤔 When we had a parcel sent to us at the hotel, it was for some obscure reason (couriers are not allowed to deliver there..?!), sent to a store 3km from the hotel, and we had to pay 90RMB for someone from the hotel to fetch it there.. 🤔🙄 The last thing that was strange, was the advertisement inside the hotel for a western restaurant, but it was nowhere to be found. Signs pointed in the direction of the basement in Building 1 but we could not find it anywhere, and when we asked around, people were just shaking their heads.. Fireworks up to 1am...😜All along the beach.. Every night... 🤔
