The hotel's location is very convenient for flights, just a few minutes' drive from the airport. The room was clean and tidy. The one I booked was a bit small, but it was spotless and had no smoke smell at all. I later noticed a warning on the wall strictly prohibiting smoking in the rooms. The airport shuttle service was excellent; the front desk lady even called me in the morning to remind me about my flight, so I wouldn't miss it. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is great, right in a lively area. However, it could really benefit from a renovation – the soundproofing isn't good, and there's peeling paint on the ceiling in the rooms. The staff are quite friendly, though. It would be even better if the facilities and amenities were updated, especially considering the affordable price.

24-hour pick-up and drop-off service for Meilan Airport and Meilan High-Speed Rail Station: This shuttle service was fantastic! Five-star rating. I just followed the driver's instructions and waited at Gate 5 for a few minutes, and they picked me right up. The next day, they dropped me off at the airport ahead of schedule. It's perfect for travelers with layovers or those flying out the next day. Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Very clean Environment: Lots of restaurants nearby. I ordered takeout from Meilan Zaopocu, and it was fresh and delicious. Service: Excellent service, they even allowed a late check-out. Overall experience: Five-star rating

✅ Pros • You can watch planes take off and land – a free ”sightseeing spot”! • The room was spacious enough, and the soundproofing was excellent; I wasn't woken up by plane noise at night. • The decor was standard and functional – clean and usable, neither amazing nor terrible. ⚠️ Cons • The hotel is huge, so it takes 5-8 minutes to get from the room to the elevator/lobby, which was tiring with a child. • The drain in the room had a bad smell, and it was quite stinky in the middle of the night.

I highly recommend this hotel! They upgraded our room for free, and the environment was super clean with all the facilities you could need. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, so we slept incredibly well. Plus, the price was really affordable – I loved it! They offer free airport shuttle service and parking, which makes it perfect for transit or a vacation.

I specifically set aside a day to enjoy them at the hotel. A special shout-out to the activities coordinator; she was very patient with the children and even called me to confirm the meeting time and place. 2. The hotel's location is great, and there are space-themed activities. The astronaut suits and airplane-shaped trolleys in the family room were a huge hit with the kids. 3. Thoughtful Service: For the sunrise viewing activity, they provided hot water and cookies 🍪, which was very heartwarming 🥰, and the cookies were delicious 😋. My only minor complaint is that the second room we were moved to was quite far away. Because there were fewer people around, my child was a bit scared of the quiet and wouldn't walk by herself at night 🙈.

Nice hotel very convenient for one night and comfortable for 1 night stay. Change money before you come to the hotel as no atm nearby and visa and mastercard not accepted. If in transit you can claim 40 rmb per person back at the airport for spending on food before your flight. Come early and bring your boarding passes!

The service was truly excellent. From the doormen to the front desk receptionists, the staff at the buffet restaurant and executive lounge, and even the head of housekeeping, everyone had an incredibly good service attitude. They were truly able to meet guests' needs and solve problems. Communication with the staff was also very smooth. The housekeeping staff were also great; they cleaned the room spotlessly and would proactively ask when would be a good time to clean, which they always did promptly. However, there was one minor dissatisfaction: I personally felt that the Executive Room type was a bit small. That said, the bathroom was very large, with a wet/dry separation, a bathtub where you could soak while enjoying the night view, and two sinks. The bathroom itself was very spacious. Overall, it was quite good. However, it seems the twin beds in the Executive Room had different sizes (the first room we stayed in had an AC problem but the beds were larger; after switching rooms, the AC worked great but the beds were smaller). I hope all twin beds can be 1.35 meters wide. The outdoor pool and the outdoor heated hot spring (39-40 degrees Celsius) were both excellent, and they even had peacocks! Overall, I was very satisfied. It's a great place for a relaxing getaway, and I'll bring my parents next time. Getting a taxi was also very convenient.

The room is spacious, and the mattress is just right—not too soft, which is great for anyone with back issues. The hotel is quite close to Wuyuanhe Stadium and even closer to the beach. You can hear the sound of the waves at night, which is really soothing and helps with sleep. Breakfast is also pretty good with lots of options. They even have robots delivering room service now, which is a nice touch! 👍 The butler service was excellent too, very proactive in resolving any issues. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The entire wash and dry cycle only takes two hours, which is incredibly thoughtful for guests staying longer or needing frequent laundry. KK provided service with a constant smile throughout my stay, helping with my luggage upon check-in and even presenting a local specialty gift upon check-out. These small details really highlight their attentiveness. The hotel environment was clean and bright, and the drinks and meals delivered by the robot felt incredibly considerate. From the facilities to the service, every aspect showcased the hotel's professionalism and sincerity. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen!
