This is the worst 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. There were cockroach-like bugs in the room, similar to the ones in the movie The Mummy, which was scary. After talking to the front desk. The front desk manager actually told me that this is normal, and there is no guarantee that there will be no room change, because this is in the desert. Very speechless. I lived in it and sprayed insecticide directly. The main thing is the poor service attitude.

Hartelijke ontvangst en een week echt in de watten gelegd. Kamer upgrade, koekjes,wijn,fruitmand en een taart op mijn verjaardag. Kok weet ( na 1 jaar) nog hoe ik mijn omelet wens. Obers weten wat wij drinken. Geen moeite teveel op het strand of in de bar. Wij waren hier voor de 6e keer komen graag een 7e

Cadre et accueil parfaits. Attention à la ligne, le buffet est très bon et varié ! mais il y a de quoi se dépenser avec les activités disponibles. Il y en a pour tout le monde dans la famille, mais les plus petits, repos en ambiance calme ou activités... Clientèle internationale, du nord de l'europe (allemande mahoritairement) et fort sympathique !

Zimmer zum Teil recht veraltet, für uns aber völlig in Ordnung. Alles sauber und sehr groß. Die Anlage selbst ist weitläufig. Sogar einen Schwimmerpool gibt es. Wir waren begeistert. . Nettes und umsichtiges Personal. Hammam war toll, Beautycenter war okay.

room was incredible , person in réception has been very kind to upgrade us for both rooms. Hotel environment is incredible, clean and very beautiful However , food was really not good. Starters- desert- main courses … for 5* hotel it’s not acceptable. moreover, most of servers were not sympatic, no smiling, nothing. Totally crazy for this king of hotel. All of persons works in pool were very kind !

It is our first time in Egypt and my husband had his 50th birthday while we were there, they gave him a birthday cake which was very kind. All the staff are very welcoming, we have some very lovely times. The Animation team are all very friendly and happy. The food was all very nice, and so much of it. We were given an upgrade for our room. Which was beautiful. Can not fault this hotel at all. Would definitely recommend.
