The room hygiene is acceptable, and there are many dishes for breakfast and dinner, but the food hygiene cannot be complimented. After staying there for a day, my wife and I both suffered from stomach upset, which was quite serious and required two days of medicine to get better.

Wunderschönes Hotel, total gepflegte und saubere Anlage. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber! Das Essen war immer super lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Meer ist unglaublich schön und der Strandbereich ist schön und gepflegt. Super Service auch dort! Wir werden definitiv nochmal in dieses Hotel fliegen und dort Urlaub machen!

Wat een goed resort, zeker haar 5 sterren waard. Mooi uitzicht over de zee en kamer elke dag helemaal schoon en door Ramadan een mooie creatie op bed van handdoeken en rozenblaadjes. Iedereen wilt je het zo aangenaam mogelijk maken. Top!! De hygiëne is zo goed, je kan er gewoon op blote voeten lopen zelfs op de boulevard. De mensen werken keihard, ongelooflijk! Eten was heerlijk, genoeg keuzes, wifi overal zelfs op het strand. Mooie omgeving en 15 minuten vanaf hurghada . Veel mogelijkheden om dingen te ondernemen of juist een dagje relaxen op het strand. Alles is mogelijk. Volgend jaar ben ik er weer hoor, geen twijfel mogelijk!! Dank voor het aangename verblijf I'm coming home!!

Another perfect stay at this beautiful hotel. My wife and I stayed Dec 2024 as the temperature is around 25 degrees and sunny. This year we had a sea view room 1105, perfect. It is now like our second home in December. The staff are amazing, and to be fair this review would not end if I had to name each one, and of course there are staff in the background too. Mahmoud serviced our room daily and was the best. Thanks also to Ramandan who settled us at the poolside each day and the service of Bassem with the flow of drinks. See you again in 2025 Cheers.
