Wir würden gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben! Wir waren als Familie im Hotel Fort Arabesque und haben uns dort jede Sekunde wohl gefühlt und das trotz Krankheit, die während des Urlaubs eingetreten ist. Hier möchten wir ganz besonders den Service der Integrierten Klinik und Dr. Ramadan loben. Er hat uns schnellstmöglich geholfen und war dabei sehr freundlich und Kompetent. Es wurde kein Behandlungsschritt durchgeführt, ohne vorher alles genau zu erklären und Dr. Ramadan hat immer sichergestellt, dass alles verstanden wurde und man einverstanden war. Zur Sicherheit wurde sogar ein Allergietest angeboten und die Laborwerte gecheckt. Die Behandlung wurde sehr ausführlich, aber nicht länger als nötig durchgeführt und dabei stets auf das Wohl der Patienten geachtet. So konnten wir zum Glück das Schnorcheln und den Rest des Urlaubs in vollen Zügen genießen. Dazu hat vor allem auch das zuvorkommende und aufmerksame Service Personal, sowie das Animations Team beigetragen, welches immer für gute Stimmung, tolle Aktivitäten und Shows gesorgt hat. Unser Urlaub war insgesamt etwas ganz besonderes und wir bedanken uns bei dem gesamten Team und Dr. Ramadan!

Just returned from a week at this wonderful hotel. We stayed in the East Wing/Main resort in a superior sea view room. The location was ideal for my husband, who has limited mobility, as it was central to all the amenities and had lifts to the upper floors. The room was very comfortable and watching the sun rise from the balcony the best start to every morning. We ate at the main buffet for all our meals, the choice was plentiful and unlike our many other trips to Egypt it actually tasted as good as it looked. All the staff were very pleasant and respectful. Special thanks to Khaled at the main pool who tried valiantly to fix my 19 year old snorkel 😂. We’ve rebooked to go back next year.

Alles war perfekt, das Zimmer, die Hotelanlage wunderschön, tolle Aktivitäten (Tauchschule vor Ort, grosser und voll ausgestatteter Fitness Bereich), das Essen war phantastisch (an alles und letzte Details wurde gedacht). Korallen Riffe sind direkt vor dem Hotel.

Villa..... Wir waren zum 3.Mal hier.... genauso begeistert wie beim 1.Mal .... Nächsten Urlaub ist schon gebucht !! Für uns gibt es nichts negatives zu berichten , im Gegenteil wir wurden behandelt , als wären wir vip's ..... Vielen Dank für alles !!!

Отдыхали с дочкой 17 дней в октябре, уже второй раз. Это самый лучший отель Египта! Понравилось всё: шикарный пляж, море, кораллы, огромная зеленая ухоженая территория. Обслуживание на высшем уровне. Кухня божественная :) Ребята-аниматоры просто огонь - самая лучшая команда 🥰👍 В следующем году ждите нас снова😉
