This hotel is very cost-effective! The room is large. The service staff are very polite. The manor environment is very beautiful. The swimming pool, beach and party are all very good. The food is not suitable for Chinese tastes, but the food here is like this. The desserts are delicious! I am an i person and I became an e person here. I dance with people from different countries. No one cares how you dance. Everyone is so happy. This kind of relaxation is not available in China. I really don’t want to leave.
Because the room is on the first floor, it is a bit damp and some quilt covers and sheets have pilled. The facilities are not very new. I suggest that you book a higher-priced room type. It is not much more expensive. My friend booked a room a little more expensive than me. It is on the second floor. The view is good and it is not so damp.
In short, I am very satisfied and don’t want to leave. I will be sad for several days after returning.😭

The room was very beautiful and the manager upgraded the room type for us free of charge. This hotel is really worth recommending because 3 meals are all-inclusive and the food is very rich. We were given a fine dining restaurant experience late on Valentine's Day. Overall it was great 👍 Come back next time!

We have recently returned from 2weeks at the Serenity Alpha Beach. We cannot praise the hotel highly enough. The staff are a genuine credit to the hotel, special thanks to Darwish , our room cleaner, this guy went above and beyond every day to make sure we had everything we needed. He truly looked after us and his towel art was something else!! Nicole, Nor & Miley from the animation team were fantastic also, always happy to chat, to make sure we were happy and chilled and kept us informed of what was happening within the hotel without any pressure to get involved. They made a difficult job look very easy and always did it with a smile on their faces! Keep up the excellent work guys! The guest relations team are really thorough and nothing is too much trouble for them! My wife had a birthday and we had our wedding anniversary whilst away and they ensured that special arrangements were made at no extra cost to make the occasions extra special!

I had the best of time they people here are amazing, especially hosny he will be in my heart forever and I hope I will see him again soon, it is very clean the cleanest place I have ever been to, I will be back next year to see everyone but especially hosny as he is the best

Very nice personal. Rooms are clean and there are enough places at the pool. Great location at the beach, where you can snorkel. Everything is taking care of from the moment you arrive till you leave. Difference bars available during the all day serving drinks and snacks.

Kids age 9-16 don’t count. Jet show was mostly only for woman wearing a tight string…. The staff is perfect but they should think about their subs .been at this complex the second time makes me think of choosing a different hotel the next time…

Best resort experience I’ve ever experienced! All the staff were lovely and very helpful all the time for everything. The services like food and bar were exceptional and had some of the best food I’ve had (compliments to the chef). Great seafront with beautiful coral and well and great lifeguards. Will definitely be coming back here again

We had a great vacation and will definitely come back for more! The food is tasty and they have different options every day. The staff is very nice and wants to help their guests with whatever is needed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The sea view from the terrace was great. We also used the aqua park and luna park in their sister hotel right across the street. Till next year!!

We left the hotel and wanted to share what a wonderful experience we as a family had. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Every day was the variety was different. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was inviting, and our rooms were comfortable, beautifully maintained, and clean.A special shout outto the cleaner Ahmed Sayed in C3 section who was doing a wonderful job with keeping the rooms clean. A special shot out goes to Mahomed Alex and the restaurant stafff who made my birthday experience especially memorable. All staff aff at both the restaurant and the pools were consistently kind, always smiling. My only suggestion is to improve the WiFi signal throughout the resort. Lastly a very big thank you to Mahomed at the grilling section of the restaurant for making sure my kids ate what they wanted.

The most beautiful place to visit. The resort is extremely clean and pretty. The staff are amazing they really make the resort feel like home. The food is very tasty and good. A lot of choice and all delicious. Al a carte restaurants are also very delicious. We can not give enough credit to the staff they really are amazing so kind and helpful
