Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne außen Anlage mit vielen Grünflächen und großen Pools. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist in Ordnung. Der Hotel Eugene Strand ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Es gibt auch verschiedene Restaurants die angeboten werden welche sehr schön sind. Es gibt auch ein sehr gutes Animations Programm

Worst hotel experience ever. We stayed for 3 hours at the reception where the receptionist insisted that we pay more than the rate we booked with since we are not foreigners while this was not mentioned while booking. The issue only got resolved after a long time after we reached ******* customer service who called the hotel and resolved it from their side.

Beach is beautiful, view is amazing 😉😘 hotels have many entertainment shows in the day and in the evening, exelent food and drinks, staff is very nice and helpfull. A lots of other staff to do, diving, snorkeling, riding kvads, ride camels... 🤪😍

bel hôtel à environ 30 km au sud d'Hurghada. Les plus : les espaces communs sont très sympa, les piscines, la voiturette chaque 15 mins pour aller à la plage privée et à l'hôtel voisin du même groupe, le tout compris. Note spéciale pour le personnel : 10 ! le personnel est sympathique, attentionné, serviable... et patient avec les touristes parfois lourds et débordants. Les moins : chambres basiques et un peu vieillottes, dans la nôtre la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas et il y avait de grosses tâches sur le canapé, mauvaise isolation, nourriture un peu répétitive bien que bonne. Malgré les points amélioration, nous avons passé des bons moments et le rapport qualité/prix est bon. Je voudrais signaler une expérience désagréable : sur la promenade de l'hôtel voisin, il y a de nombreuses petites boutiques, dont une vend des huiles parfumées. Je vous conseille d'être prudent car le vendeur a emballé 2 parfums que je n'avais pas choisi et en plus ils sont de mauvaise qualité et ne durent que quelques heures. A éviter

Ein einladendes Hotel, wo man sich wohlfühlt und aus dem Alltag von Zuhause Abstand gewinnen kann. Beim Essen gibt es reichlich Auswahl. Die Animation bei Maher ist sehr gut, wobei ich auch ganz klar das ganze Team loben muss. Es lohnt sich aufjedenfall. 👍🏽

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Buffet jeden Tag abwechslungsreich. Die Abweichung zwischen Pool und Strand war sehr gering. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß und würden wiederkommen

Dziękujemy zespołowi animacyjnemu za imprezę. To było również bardzo przyjemne doświadczenie, a plaża jest piękna. Mamy nadzieję spróbować ponownie w przyszłym roku. Uwielbialiśmy to miejsce, a zakwaterowanie było więcej niż wspaniałe, a oni byli gotowi do współpracy.

Everything was good, I think. The workers very kind and helpful. Everybody always smiling. I think it is a family friendly hotel. If you are with child it is your place. But maybe in the evening would be better that some music or mini show cause I think not everybody interesting to football.
