Facilities: The interior of the room is pretty good. The point is! The hotel has three beaches and at least two snorkeling spots, and there are so many 🐟 Service: My friends and I didn’t feel that much about the online comments that their service staff discriminated against Chinese people. Instead, we met the front desk guy who taught himself Chinese for a year, and his Chinese name is Du Fei. He always communicated with us in Chinese, and even asked us to add his WeChat account. If we have any questions during the hotel, we can communicate with him! He also helped us upgrade the room type, which is very close to the view and restaurants. Other hotel staff also greeted us warmly when they saw us. Some staff even recognized that we were Chinese in a second and greeted us with a "mud howl". The overall experience is very good. What we find most worthwhile is that there are six restaurants in the hotel, with three meals a day all-inclusive! What a deal. Overall, we stayed at the Castle Hotel for five days and four nights and had a great experience. I am also very happy to have become good friends with Du Fei! 風景不錯，餐飲不錯，有6家餐廳可以選，也可以每家餐廳吃點都嚐嚐，可能是酒店太大了，服務人員的服務就跟不上了，但是風景真的不錯，值得來。

The hotel is very big and facing the Red Sea. The water of the Red Sea is blue, and we can only see half of the sea view from our sea view room. There are several buffet restaurants but there is no delicious food, and even the coffee is tasteless. The service is average, and they are enthusiastic to white people. We Chinese are obviously treated differently. Anyway, I will never come back to Egypt after I have been there once. The sheets are not folded in after cleaning the room. The family suite has only a very small toilet. In short, the hardware facilities of the hotel are average, and the gap in software is too big with us in Asia. Two nights are enough, and one more day will be unbearable, the food is crazy!
