I was in Hurghada for the first time. I read the reviews, they say that the hotels are mostly old and look the same, 3 and 4 stars. I thought that the cheapest one for the night was 2900 and in the morning I would go to another one, which is 4 times more expensive. I was surprised by this hotel, for such a small price, clean, neat, with a view of the sea. The caring administrator Islam even connected his Internet so that I could use it in the room. I felt warm and cozy. I recommend it, they warm the hearts!

Great value for money, perfect location 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the center on foot. The staff is very kind and welcoming, impeccable cleanliness and food very appreciated.

I've never seen money before. It's so abominable.

I originally booked four nights, but I had to go back to my country due to something unexpected. I applied for a refund in the next two days, but nothing happened.

The hotel is good, the food and drink are ok, and the overall conditions in Egypt are not good.

It was super nice. The staff was very very nice. The pool area was really beautiful, clean and a special view. It was super clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and also nice and fresh. The hotel all in all is very lovely and in very good shape. We will come back!

The hotel was very pleasant. Reception and restaurant staff super polite and chatty. Room was an average size and beds were very clean with an adequate amount of towels too, although we didn't get a room clean in the 3 days but we could've easily asked at reception if it was an issue for us. There was a little bit of noise in the night from outside but nothing like other reviews. We went for full board as the price difference wasn't worth not doing it 😁 The food was OK and definitely worth a half board if nothing else when staying here. Pool area and the pool were very clean. Definitely stop here again as for the money it's a clean and tidy place and very good value for money. Every meal we were asked if everything was OK so if not it'syour own fault for not speaking up. I went with a very fussy eater so a really good result with them saying they'd stay here again and liked the food.

A staff member entered our room 4:30AM!!! Luckily, I was still awake so I shouted at him and he left. The manager apologized and the staff tried to upgrade our room to apologize for the incident but ultimately I decided that I didnt feel safe and left the hotel. Other than that incident, the hotel is mediocre and the pool is terrible (it’s very small and unclean) but the rooftop is nice. The rooms were nice but TV wasnt working. I wouldnt recommend the hotel, there are other options around the same price and offers a better quality.

I do not recommend staying at this place at all. They don't give you towels and you don't have Wi-Fi in the room or if you do have it you have to pay for it. However, on the booking page it says that Wi-Fi is included. If you want towels you have to pay, if you want the sheets in the room changed you have to pay and on top of that you arrive after a day at the beach or an excursion and they didn't do room service. I assure you that for the same price you will get something much better and that will provide you with the necessary things like Wi-Fi, towels, clean sheets and daily cleaning of the room.

The room is very nice. All the staff are nice and polite. And the buffet has a large selection. I would come back again and again and had a great holiday. The entertainment offers lots of activities throughout the day. The hotel is recommended for everyone, whether for couples, families or even alone.

We wanted to spend the night, but stayed for a month. Clean rooms, good linen, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, new towels. Very good breakfast, wonderful staff. Special thanks to the general manager of the hotel for the organization.

Everything is new and clean and the decor is tastefully chosen! All the staff are very welcoming and ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are comfortable, you sleep very well, quiet and cool. The swimming pool is very nice when it's very hot, with the parasols, the provision of towels and the café right next to it. The restaurant with its unique, very generous and very good menu and for a reasonable price. The director is discreet and listens to customers. In short, I advise!

Clean and pleasant hotel with wonderful staff. Located in the old part of the city, near the mosque. There is a market and shops nearby. Price-quality at an excellent level. The beach with a huge territory is close, across the road, for a small fee. I would like to mention Ahmed, the restaurant manager, Said (cleaning manager), Mohammed (maid), the girls from the reception - Salma and Ranya. They try very hard to please the guests, all issues were resolved promptly. You feel at home. Wifi in the hotel lobby is excellent. I recommend the hotel.
