3-Star Hotels in Hurghada

Coming from Hilton Plaza, this little hidden gem surprised me a lot. Zahabia may not be the newest or most luxurious of hotels in Hurghada, however, its charming pool decks and nicely landscaped gardens all around made me feel like at home. Extremely friendly and helpful staff makes the holiday even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, informal and possibilities ate endles. Animation team: Usha, Sara, Shehab and Inna will keep you busy and in good shape with zumba and joga and more on the beach. Talking about the beach - it has beautiful soft sand, better than Hilton Palza and nice palms, with long stretch of shallow water great for families with kids. Take or rent a snorkel and see beautiful colourful fish and coral reef right from the beach.

I arrived at holtel check in was very good room was fabulous in front of beach food was good staff couldn't do enough for u the onley problem is house keeping should be more better and work more better but the beach is amazing to relax no one Bothered u hassle free would like to thank all the staff for help hassan at reception mohamed waiter Ibrahim the manager thank u everyone for great holiday

I loved the attention and I relaxed these days, in the super facilities recommended for those who come with family.

The first thing to say is that the hotel is only 20 minutes walk from the airport when the weather is not too hot. This Hotel is exceptional value for money. The room I had was 307 and it was equipped with kitchen, lounge,bedroom and shower room. I found the bed comfortable and the location a short walk from the ***** of shops and restaurants. The jewel of this place is Ahmed. He is helpful, polite and very informative. He arranged two excursions for me and it would have been three had I not have booked one before flying out. I would stay here again. The one thing I found was the Internet was better in reception than my room. Well done to the Ivory Suites team you made my 4 night stay enjoyable.

I don't think a family with kids might miss any basic thing in this place. My kids really enjoyed the joyous atmosphere, the parties, the pizza and pan cake, and the aqua park, the overall experience is very good, and excellent value for money. The location is reachable and serene, and the beach is great. However, the brother hotel Hawaii Palm (al mamsha) was much better. The need enhancement things are: Parking - far away from the entrance, to the extent that I need to drive for 15 min. from the parking to the hotel entrance, as it was at the opposite side of the road!!! Room amenities - Hair shampoo, body lotion, bath drain covers, power sockets, good-state curtains, i.e. maintenance and deep cleaning. Gym - I had to walk for 15 min. to the nearby hotl Le Jardin, just to find the Gym closed, as it opens at 9 am!!!!!! Warm pools - We were in winters and my bigger kid (110 cm) had to swim in a cold pool!!! Pool time - need to be extended Pushy reception - too much alarms for check-out Cruise trip - reserved via the hotel conceirge was far below expectations. Hope the next visit be better ISA. What a fantastic hotel. Very Clean, Very Quiet. These rooms are like apartments. The ones in the photos are the exact room I had and it was great. I did see some other rooms and they were very big with nice big living rooms and bathrooms. The location is great too. A block from the beach and good restaurants. Saeed the manager was awesome. He is so friendly and heartfelt. I can’t convey how kind this man is. He helped us carry our bags for a block to get us to where we needed to be. He truly goes above and beyond. I will stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

For the third time at this hotel. and every time pleasantly surprise. Despite the fact that the old hotel was always cleaned, the main restaurant was cleaned. They cook deliciously ... especially delicious beef and fish. Variously. Cleaning every day. drinking water in the room. the beach is clean, clean. Nice and polite staff. For 3 *** it’s quite worthy ... and I know what I'm writing about. If you need relaxation inexpensively, you can safely book

It was absolutely great there, the staff is VERY friendly there, at the recepetion and also in the restaurant. absolutely well done from the hotel, nice food and also relaxed atmosphere - was great to be there at Christmas and new years eve. Everday super service even at the beach mashrabya! We absolutely book that again! Couldn´t have been better - to be recommendet fully! very polite in the restaurant Mr. Muhammad Jaber ( Mohamed Gaber), exzellent service! also at the recepetion, she was very polite! with very good english. Price-performance ratio = genial!

We have stayed 3 nights recently in room 109. In general is a fine hotel for the price you pay. The staff are very kind especially Mr. Wajeeh. Who by the way speaks a good English comparing to an average Egyptian.  Ms Evelyn was nice but needs to know the area better in order to explain the directions better to the guests. There were many things in the area that they were not aware of it. I was dying to locate a fresh juices places.. turn out it was nearby but they said it is not available in the hotel area and have to take a car for 20 minutes to go to old Hurghada city center. The beds are simple and oke. TV has only religious channels. No kids channels working. Alot of bugs unfortunately inside the room. Alot of flies outside.  Unfortunately there is no wifi in the room . You have to go to the reception area to be able to connect to their wifi .the bathroom design is very poor. The shower is open and the water splashes everywhere which could be a very serious safety issue as you might slip after shower. The sink was blocked. The toilet sink was keep leaking water all the time(wasting water). The ventilator fan in the shower makes a horrible noise when running. The hotel lacks a small cafeteria or common kitchen. The pool water was dirty. They keep adding some chemicals at night to make it clear and safe. But it is really dirty. Looks like the water is not being filtered ir changed at all.  The neighbor tenants kids were really loud all the time and annoying. They were spraying dirty water on us from their balcony on higher floor as kind of teasing and playing.  The housekeeper lady has a young kid(babygirl) who were roaming all the time around the pool without any life jacket or floaties. That is very terrifying to see. The hotel management should take care of the staff en their family members. That kid could simply drown if fallen to the pool en noone is there to save her.  Overall it is maybe not really suitable for families with kids but maybe a good option for solo travelers.

Excellent from start to finish very clean rooms comfortable beds.HouseKeeping came everyday to change bedding change towels Clean bathroom and empty bins. Everybody was very pleasant and friendly nothing was to much trouble after staying in Hotels in Hurghada, as a solo traveller now since my Husband passed away I was worried incase i did not eel safe but I felt safer in Zak Inn than I have ever felt in hotels I will definitely be back in Dec no more Hotels for me Excellent service and very friendly. Very close to Shops Supermarket and Restaurants perfect location
