The room is large and clean. The hotel's waiters have very good attitudes. The facilities are complete and the activities are well arranged. You can eat and drink what you want throughout the day. The most important thing is that there are no noises from children. Very good management Mode, I will talk again next time and will stay again.

This restaurant is very suitable for lying down with friends. There are several waiters in the restaurant who are very enthusiastic and recommend suitable drinks every day. It is all-inclusive and basically you don’t have to worry about a lot. You can live a regular life of eating and sunbathing after a short period of time, and then eating and sleeping after sunbathing.

All three meals are served in the same buffet restaurant, and the other two restaurants require payment. Play in the water park or swim during the day, and there are performances every day at night so you won’t be bored. This hotel is in the center of Hurghada. There are many shops at the door. It is very good to go shopping. The hotel is a family hotel. There are a lot of people. If you want a quiet place, I suggest you choose Somabay. We booked a room with direct access to the swimming pool. It is a great room type. There is a water slide outside. The slide is super fun. There are many swimming pools in the hotel, and there are two swimming pools surrounded by sea water. The quality of the sea water is not as good as in the south. The hotel staff is super nice. I went there alone at dinner time. When the staff saw me alone, everyone who passed by came to ask me how the food was and if I needed anything. It is much better than other hotels that discriminate against Chinese people. It is very pleasant. I recommend it.

Hotel is very organized! Service was amazing! Quality of food, drinks and cleanliness of the hotel is superb!Staff are very helpful and friendly! Mr. Ayman in the reception did a great job during the check-in as well! I would totally recommend that place to everyone!

The room equipment is not luxurious but comfortable. Towels are not soft. There is no phone in the room, which is inconvenient for the waiter. Servers are more proactive. However, the shampoo and shower in the room are not complete. There are many restaurants to choose from, but dinner reservations are too popular and I didn't grab them. The menus of several Chinese restaurants are the same. The underwater landscape of diving is average. This hotel is quieter. Enjoy access to sister hotel facilities. There are many children in the sister hotel. It is 3 kilometers away from the airport, it is more convenient to call Uber, and it costs 75 Egyptian pounds to the airport. The hotel arranges transportation for 15 euros per person, which is outrageous. After check-out, you can continue to enjoy the facilities and take a bath until you leave the hotel, which is convenient. It may be more favorable to book through the hotel.

Quite good all inclusive - plan, nice assortment of coctails and food. Only the ala cartes could be better. They serve same food than the buffet but you just get is served to the table. More variance. Also the reservation for the ala cartes is difficult and they are always fullybooked so we couldt even try them all. Waiters seems to serve more the house personnel who weirdly eat with the customers at same restaurant. It didnt feel nice when the cook sit whith his kitchen clothes next to us or the officers with theis suits when you are yourself at holiday mood and dressed accordingly. Usually there is own cantines for workers. Not the best beach, there isnt anything to see compared to some resorts with reefs with lot of fishes but they do have a free golc course (Par3) so it compensates, you cant have it all, can you. Big pool was freezing, even the sea is warmer so if you rely on that one and dont like to sea then you will be dissapointed. We liked the beac more as the pool gives the swimming hall wibes with the dreary tiles. I wish they would make pools more exitng and this is not for Steigenberger but generally. Nice touch that they filled the minibar daily with coke, beer and juices and it was included. They had some kind of evening program but unfortunately it was always in the front of buffet restaurant so you would need to dine there to enjoy it. Why there isnt anything at the beach? Beach parties, disco, dance shows etc. It would be nice!
