There is no bathtub in the room, Ctrip has confirmed it. After entering the hotel, don't keep waiting just because someone is helping you check in and telling you that you have to wait for your room. We arrived at five o'clock and were told that the room was not ready. The hotel swimming pool closes as soon as the sun goes down, which is earlier than get off work time. The hotel has a free Italian restaurant offer, but it needs to be in advance. Therefore, if you only stay for one day, you will basically not be able to enjoy it. Of course, if you stay for two days, you may not be able to get it. The hotel provides all-inclusive meals, which are very good, and wine is also provided. The hotel is actually very big. Passing behind the swimming pool is the bluemakadi hotel, which has swimming pool performances every night. The bar at the entrance of the hotel is free before 12pm, but it says there is no ice, so I don’t order cocktails. Table tennis, tennis, and billiards are all available, so you can spend a day or two here. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can walk straight across without leaving the door. There is no elevator in the hotel, so be sure to ask the waiter to help you carry your luggage, especially if it is heavy.

Stayed for three days, all inclusive package was very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, the facilities were a little old but ok. The sea was beautiful and the beach was nice. The buffet in the main restaurant was much better than expected, and the a la carte dinner in the beach restaurant was also very good. The most distinctive Arabic restaurant was not booked, so I can't comment on it. It is recommended to get familiar with the environment and book the restaurant as soon as possible on the first day of arrival, and dinner must be booked one day in advance.

Awesome hotel! The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, the buffet restaurant is very large and there are many things, and in addition to the main restaurant for dinner there are 7 different restaurants to order, and the all-inclusive cost is very worry-free. Many Russians come to vacation, and the hotel's private beach can snorkel and see a lot of fish. In short, very satisfied, next time I go to the Red Sea for vacation, I will choose this hotel!

We went on an all inclusive program. The food is delicious, you order like in a restaurant (not a buffet), because of this, often the waiters can forget to write down and bring the dish. The beach is good. The rooms are good but the floors are dirty. All bars have local alcohol, only one bar had imported. The territory of the hotel is small, but there is another hotel nearby that you can use. We played tennis, golf and basketball there. There is also a water park with good slides.

Facilities: The room is very general, what is there to say, the bed is not as good as a 100-dollar homestay, it needs to be improved. Service: OK, some distance from the city, overall good Environment: Very good, the pool 🏊 is very big, children like it Hygiene: OK, all-inclusive meals, cost-effective

This is our 2nd time to Egypt 1st at Labranda and unfortunately not a great one.!!! The rooms and hotel is very dated looking and tired. rooms where basic and not cleaned to my standard was mould in the bathroom and strange smell of urine, pool is basic not a lot to do for kids no slides etc beach is lovely great for snorkelling, the food where do I start with this awful worse I’ve had at a hotel lots of choice but so bland and dry caters for more German and Russians and where not fussy eaters but the standard was low we ended up going out to the marina every night which had some beautiful restaurants, do not use the hotel taxis prices are ok but we got dropped off 10 mins away from our location where we wanted to be to be dropped off at some random shop that we didn’t want to go in we did find another taxi company that was brilliant set price cheep drivers on time and didn’t take us to any random shops when asked why we was using another company and told them why they got arsey with us, used the gym a few times very basic needs a lot of improvement half the equipment was out of order, drinks where your typical all inclusive not great Coke Zero tasted strange, not a lot of entertainment for kids they had an animation team again basic nice enough people tho staff was friendly, reception staff where absolutely rude and no help at all only seemed to want to help the Germans and Russians this hotel is a big no go and at a push only a 2 star will not be returning felt so disappointed and just glad to be home

hotel is definitely 4 stars , infrastructure , furnishing., maintenance , layout , design of the hotel space are faraway less than comparative Aqua magic . however it provides : 1- front office staff are very persistent to grab customer survey for higher rating .it's not wonder to be trip rated with such front office staff attitude . and they can get the higher rates form every department in the hotel . this hotel has selective staff in.every place dedicate to customers satisfaction and to make the customer happy with her exception of the reservation manager whom don't have the basics of knowledge to take Care of customer. I will come to that later with details 2- the quality and variety of food is 5 stars 3- the existence of both the aqua fun and the amusement park makes guests occupied all.the time without a time to feel bored for.a.minute . 4-'this beach area is only good for sightseeing no reAl enjoy that sea swim 5- the animation team is similar to the hotel staff . they are amazing . 6- the air condition is very weAk and I am.it sure what Will be the situation in July / August when the heat wave hits hard . 7- this hotel is very nice for a medium quality holidays . and I.Will.sure to come back if price is reasonable ------- I booked a room for 90$ during the Muslim feast Eid elfetr june2019 using trip.com but the hotel reservation manager asked enjoy to pay an extra 200$ because this room.rate is exclusive for German guests not for Egyptian it's ok with me I can understand that certain travel agent can get the Low price rooms but what I don't understand is the way the reservation acted to.My request to cancel the reservatik. free of charge for 2 days there was begotten on how to deal with the issue and the Trip.com staff did what they can to locate the problem which apparently was hidden in.the contract of sun hotels the agent for this type of rooms for Germans . but the reservation manage refused to give any documents to denounce my check in at this rate for being Egyptian . in brief this hotel is very attractive to.German nationals at a rate of 90$/night and it's exceptionally over priced for Egyptian customers at 4000 Egp per night . more over the hotel Will.not try to solve the problem for the guest which arises for some contract between the hotel and the provider it's like reserve at your own risk trip.com has done amazing job I was so appreciate to spend all.that time with the staff in.London and China .which could have been saved if the hotel reply in distraught manner to the customer request to clarify that nationality issue dear Germans sun hotels customers You got the good deal 90$/ night makes this hotel lucrative .

The room was very beautiful and the manager upgraded the room type for us free of charge. This hotel is really worth recommending because 3 meals are all-inclusive and the food is very rich. We were given a fine dining restaurant experience late on Valentine's Day. Overall it was great 👍 Come back next time!

Firstly, I’d like to say that the hotel by appearance is lovely with our room being a club room with a pull sofa bed for our son. Don’t expect to sleep well on sofa bed as it has no actual mattress, just the sofa as a mattress which was rock hard and we weren’t the only ones to comment on this with teenagers expected to sleep on it. Go for a family room but are limited when we booked. The main pools were not usable unless you like ice baths!! They tested water temp and said not cold enough yet even though no one would go in pool. Management will not change their mind so be careful and consider what you want from a resort! They had complaints by all but management wouldn’t switch the heated main pool on just the small slides pool hidden out of site of main area. They said it has to get colder even though no one was in it but hotel was very busy over half term. Food was good for Egypt and waiters did their best to keep up but again the management had hardly any waiters to serve drinks and clear tables for next guests!! Expect ok food at main restaurant but limited choice for kids which was not kept very hot! The Italian and Mexican was nice for meals and a snack bar at lunchtimes serving something like burgers or toasties with fries. Evening entertainment was low key with kids entertainment mainly. They did have a couple of nice entertainment evenings with flames and dancers. Taxis booked from hotel are very expensive considering how cheap the Ubers are but they don’t seem to pick up at Tropitel when I tried!
